The Wire is and has been the best show on the Tube for many years. Many of my family are in law enforcement and they rave about its realism (especially one whom lives in DC and can relate to the local story lines). This show is
the best, I find myself watching it over and over OnDemand HBO. I am going to miss it when it is gone.
