Your an idiot. If you don't like the law get it changed. Advocating to juries that they get to decide what the laws should be is a bad idea for obvious reasons.

Care to elaborate on the obvious reasons? Obviously you missed the entire point of the article...Simon et al only advocate this as last resort. The institution is broke therefore the mechanisms for change are broke. The Drug War is a fraud, see Prohibition.

Yea I will elaborate. I don't like the law about getting in fights so I decide I will never prosecute someone for assualt charges. You can make the same argument for almost any law you disagree with, however your job is not to determine whether you agree with the law but rather whether it was broken.
