NY rep. stands by Michael Jackson 'pervert' video

A New York congressman who posted a YouTube video blasting Michael Jackson as a "pervert" and child molester is standing by his words.

He can stand in crap if he wants but he is now open for a lawsuit because he says MJ was a child molester AFTER MJ was found innocent!

I hope the Jackson family sues this nut, takes every dime he has and sees to it he loses his position.

Not everyone is a public servant that should know the constitution.

People are innocent UNTIL proven guilty. I know some Americans do not like or understand that anymore.

People have the right to a fair trial and if found guilty by the Jury they are guilty and if found innocent are innocent PERIOD.

then by that token the african american community can no longer speak out against the judicial system, because it is always correct. then 80% of the prison population being african american is an accurate depicition of their community...gimmie a break
