People should not be looking at you as God or as their personal Pastor. Your life has been difficult and yet I can not help but see the perfect example of Romans 8:28..."all things work together for good for those who love christ and are called according to his purpose..."
You have had an annointing on your life since the time you were born. You do not have a ministry as a Pastor, teacher, etc, but you have been given the ministry of helps which you do quite well. Not all of the things you help out with succeeds and usually that is because you weren't suppose to be the one to help in those situations. I have learned that just because you can do a thing, does not mean you should be the one to do it. I admit I do not watch your show much, mostly because I do not have the time. What I do know is God loves you and has trusted you with his most precious creation...his people.
I will not argue nor judge the correctness of what people are saying about your beliefs...that is between you and God. If God could use and call a man like King David, and a women like Rehab to do his will, I'm pretty sure he can use you as well. Remember, God called David a man after his own heart and look at all he did.
You work is far from over and it is more then just the fighting and exposing injustice. My job is to uplift you in prayer, love you with the God kind of love, and leave the rest to him. It is interesting how many experts we have on who God is and what he likes and dislikes. The only thing we can really truly say about God's dilikes is he hates sin. God does not hate people as we hate people, he hates what people choose with their free will, yet he loves us enough to always be standing waiting when we choose to try his way.
Oprah, you are a blessing to many and I can see the annointing of God on some of the things you do.(smile) I will continue to love you and pray that God will touch you in such a way that all the questions you had and still have will be answered or God will leave you with his peace for those questions you are not quite ready for.
When I read about you or hear about you it is not with the expectation of you being my personal priestess, but I look for God to point out to me what he has given you to do for him in other words, I look for God in what you do and I praise him that you were obedient enough to obey.
No matter what people say or believe...you are pretty special to God.
