townof burkeville over charging on water bills??

i have gone to many town meetings for 8 years during the impossed water restriction i was billed anywhere between 9800 to 21000 gallons now for the past two bills they say i used only 6400 . how does that even make sense when i wash my cars ,water my flowers,and only use 6400galions. during the water restriction i was billed twice as much when i couldnt do any of those things !!! someone please give your thoughts .please check your bills because you will find that your bn charged for water you are not useing! this is fraud. iv tryed to get ansewers but all i get a bunch of b.s . if anyone else has this issue i have spoke with a lawyer this a poss class action law suite whating to happen!!!!

this fine water that we are pay dearly for u cant even drink fact. my water is still comming through a lead pipe (fact). if you are able to even read or for that matter see your water metter take a 5gallion bucket and fill it up your metter will read more than 5gal it is more like 12-17gal !!(fact)!!!!!!!!!

it must be just me ? either no one pays attention to there bills or i must have the only water meter that only reads even numbers ?????????? being though the mayor/town manager is now the internet police i dont want there to be any questions about my idenity . im not going to put my whole name on the net but if you cant figure out who i am then maybe you really don't know as much as you like to think you do.
