Why is there a vaccine court and a vaccine compensation program if vaccines are safe and side effects rare and mild? Oh, maybe they aren't so safe, and side effects not so rare or mild.

Victims quietly compensated eh? You'd think they would want to take credit for their big-hearted jesture. Wonder why they don't want the public to know they compensate for vaccine caused autism? Its a real puzzler.
