I hate to be negative, but these people are suing too early. As Wheaton found out, they need to first suffer the 1.4 million dollar penalty before any lawsuit can have standing. This idea was laid out by a Clinton-appointed, Harvard-educated federal judge.
Wheaton is appealing the dismissal, but guess what? Did you know that during the Obama four year stint, the appeal process changed? Now, the appellate judges can now talk behind the backs of victims. The injured party or accused are not notified about any private discussion detail.
There's been more changes to our constitution
than just the HHS mandate infringing on the freedom of religion, trying to redefine the
founding father's intentions!
It is now LAW,,,,the president can put in jail for life any person that he thinks a dissident
without DUE PROCESS! Without a court trial!!!
AND the nation thinks this road to communism
should be re-elected?
Is the U.S. electorate nuts?
