it's amazing to me that such a small percentage of the population [<2%], gets so much attention. Why rate the spokespeople, are they recruiting?

They are contributing to the community by telling young and old that it is OK to act on even the slightest gay tendencies. They are destroying our families and eroding our values. The liberal media and small but powerful groups like LGBT are distorting everything that is good about system of family values.

How do you know this kinda stuff. I try to read up on this shit and the only places I can find these facts are in fringe periodicals people print in their garages or sheds. I'd really like to find some reputable articles from magazines that I've heard of so I can get educated regarding this threat.
I seriously don't want anyone in my family to get buttfkd!

Who Cares? Why the HOMOsexuals have to define everything by the same gender they screw, having the same genitals, is disgusting.
Why not define by simply being HUMAN, without bringing in deviant sexual behavior. Always recruting, for homosexual propostion, the majority mainstream will just shut off or turn the dial off.

Aww, sniffle.

Two percent donate to HRC maybe, but there's all the bisexuals, all the people on the down low and married to the opposite sex, and then there's all the non political glbt people you never hear about.

But the answer adjusted for your queer math is that glbt are disproportionately makers of culture. Also, since educated people run the media and government and higher education systems, by and large, those people are going to recognize and react to all the rubes' bigotry, meaning lots of attention.

Sounds about right to me, and that translates across national borders and cultural differences.

A person can not decide which country they are born in or decide what color their skin is. As it has been told to me over the years, homosexuality is a lifestyle choice, and therefore should NOT be treated in the same way. You will argue that religion is lifestyle decision, and I will agree. So all of you pro-homomsexuals should look in the mirror when you belittle Catholicism.

And if the gay community is going to take an about-face and say homosexuality is genetic, then with our increasing knowledge of the human genome, a new gene therapy could be on the way to eliminate The Gay. Bottom line, if everybody were gay, then mankind ends.

So you must be saying we should not have civil rights protections on the basis of religion, since it's clearly a choice.

Except you don't really think that.

And for centuries black people who were able to chose to pass as white to escape discrimination. A choice.

And you're not about to say you "chose" your sexual orientation. You're simply an ignorant rube and bigot. Good thing you freeeks are dying off from the population, because the nonsense you spew indicates there's no hope for rationality on your part.

Gosh. I'm not about to argue anything. My comment had nothing to do with nature, nurture, lifestyle choices or genetics. I was simply saying that other countries have much the same gay demographic and influences as the US. I have no idea how this causes you to leap to the belittlement of Catholics and the end of mankind.

I'm very much a live-and-let-live guy - call it apathy if you like - and I tend to the view that none of us is perfect and that each of us is unique. It seems better to concentrate on the things that unite us rather than focus on the things that divide us. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to life.

It is amazing how people speak and have no idea what the they are talking about. If you really did your homework you would find online that more men who classify themselves as STRAIGHT/MARRIED are hunting, yes hunting for an experience with another man. So before you go condemning things you know nothing about, you better make sure no so called straight/married guys you know aren't doing some of the deviant behavior you have so much to say about. People are exploring themselves more today than ever. Whether or not I or you approve or have some ignorant opinion has NOTHING to do with what is actually going on.

No homosexual would say that being gay is a choice. Where have you been getting your facts from? Also, you seem to think that unnecessary capitalization & 'clever' slogans like 'NObama' drive home some kind of point that you are making. Instead of attempting to moralize on a topic that is quite obviously out of your realm of comprehension, why don't you just buy a bumper sticker and f*ck off?
