Not very shocking... on interviews with people who knew him best, they said he only wanted to do TEN shows in London, but people who were "in charge of him" made him sign up for FIFTY...not fifteen-FIFTY! He most likely died from exhaustion, sleeping medicine and pain medicines, and stress... He wasn't that THRILLER age anymore... he needed rest...

The exercise actually focussed him into more mental clarity than he had seen in years. It was good for him. He needed to unload the various no good people around him and do healthier things such as eat normal food and go to bed. He needed to stop taking not only pain killers but stimulants, antidepressants and stimulant diet pills. He could not sleep because of his drugs and lifestyle.

Yeah. It's hard to go from being a drugged-up, lazy slug for fifteen years to a drugged-up, worthless slug overnight.

Michael weighed 100 pounds and was 5'10", this woman is lying when she said he was fine and doing the rehearsals. He was very upset about doing the 50 versus 10 concerts and she said that he was happy about it. Why didn't his COOK notice that he didn't eat!! He is said to have been anorexic; she didn't know this? She said that she has a PR manager, good lord, she was only his cook.

He was killing himself with fatigue, the rehearsing and not eating......instead of being on all of the talk shows she should be asking herself why she wasn't REALLY helping him!

Yeah, right, she didn't know he was addicted to drugs.....mmmmm hmmmmmm

So many people say what a kind man Mike was. If someone or some entity murdered him...

The cook seems like a sweet lady, but it didn't set right with me either when she said she had a publicist and she's talking about a cook book. Not cool. Someone in here said that people are still making money off of Mike, well...

Yes he was addicted to drugs, and that is sad. Yes, the dr. gave him a drug that killed him. I do not believe that his dr. meant to kill him at all. The worst of this batch, in my mind, are the concert promoters who pushed him to do the 50 concerts. They were the ones who put together his memorial and they stood up when everyone was in front of the audience, singing. They stood up and joined the family and looked so proud.......THEY are the ones who killed him in my mind. He was very upset and worried about doing the 50 shows.....a writer by the name of Halperin was there, with him all the time and he said that he was way too frail to even think about it. He said that Michael left the office having agreed to 10 concerts and they decided it would be 50....Killers.

Halperin also wrote that Mike dressed in drag and had gay lovers. A couple of weeks ago he was demanding that Mike's kids be kept away from the jackson's and to bring CPS in. Tonight on Geraldo at Large, he's talking about how Joe Jackson is being maligned. He's a hack.

If there is some big conspiracy, Murray pulled the trigger that day. He was using a substance that should not be used in a home. And due to neglegence or carelessness, whether he fell asleep, or whatever, Mike died.

Yep! It was the Doctor who let the team down - that is, if we are correct in assuming that this WAS a Propofol OD, and it DOES appear that this is the case (or SOME sort of malpractice, anyway)

I believe that stuff shouldn't even be administered, unless it's given by an anaesthetist, in a hospital setting, and then with all the resussitation gear in place.

This guy's a goner, as far as I'm concerned. Very unprofessional, very negligent, and very uncool! But I must add that MJ would be a pretty frail, unhealthy patient! He didn't deserve to be killed by this negligence, though. I hope the authorities 'throw the book' at Conrad - if he IS at fault; it's malpractice with a heap of greed thrown in....pathetic!

I'm not arguing with the fact that he had a drug problem... that was blatantly obvious. But I do know he had Lupus and there are sleep disorders that go along with that. Just thought it was interesting...
http://www.hss.edu/conditions_lupus-fatigue-c...

Lupus and Sleep Disorders

For those with lupus, a good night of sleep is among the most valuable activities in which one can engage in order to stay healthy and avoid symptoms of the disease like fatigue and cognitive dysfunction. Unfortunately, 61 percent of those with lupus claim that they do not feel refreshed after a night of sleep. Typically, those with lupus have sleep problems that may include any or all of the following:

* Restless sleep
* Poor sleep quality
* Sleep for too short of a duration
* Problems falling asleep
* Inability to stay asleep

Another element of sleep disorder Dr. Harrison identifies is what she calls “sleep phobia”:

“Lupus patients tend to lay awake and are concerned about not sleeping, but what happens when you’re thinking,‘Oh my God, I’m not falling asleep and I have so much to do tomorrow?’” says Dr. Harrison.“The more anxious you get, the less likely that you’ll be able to fall asleep or sleep well when you do fall asleep.”

As stated earlier, lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and can cause great anxiety, but it can also lead to feelings of depression, which can worsen the symptoms of cognitive dysfunction and make sleep more difficult, creating yet another “chicken and egg” scenario where one condition furthers the other in a reciprocal motion.

Did you even listen to the interview at all??? And did you see the rehearsal video. Mostly everyone that saw him the few days and weeks before said he looked fine. They said he was eating. And he had been working out with a trainer to get in shape for the concerts. Did you live with him?
I mean the man said himself numerous times that the only place he was ever truly happy even when he was young was onstage. He had the heart of an entertainer. He may have been nervous or anxious but not happy? Do you even understand anything about Michael Jackson?

I actually saw this interview
Here Read this... thought it might interest you:
Leonard Rowe, a music promoter and longtime friend of the Jacksons' for over 30 years, appeared on "Larry King Live!" Monday night, claiming that Michael never agreed to perform 50 shows and had only wanted to perform 10 concerts.

"If they could keep people from around Michael Jackson that were trying to look after his well being, they could reach their goal of stripping Michael," Leonard said on the talk show. "Michael was being controlled." He added that although AEG sold tickets to a planned 50 concert performances, "[Michael] didn't approve 50. He only approved 10."

AEG released the following statement to "The Insider" on Tuesday:

"Our original agreement with Michael Jackson called for 31 shows. It was our option as the promoter to only announce the first 10 concerts knowing that based on the response to the pre-sale, we could and would add the additional 21 shows to the initial on-sale. The pre-sale response was so overwhelming that we went back to Michael's representative at the time, Dr. Tohme Tohme to inquire whether Michael would be willing to increase the number of shows. He reported that Michael was willing to increase the number of performances to 50. We did receive feedback from Dr. Tohme and Michael himself that it was important that we spaced the additional shows out over an extended period of time and that we would rent an estate for him and his family so that they would not be 'trapped' in a hotel suite while they were in London. He told us he was also motivated by the opportunity to establish a record to be entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for the run he was about to embark on."

Yea you're right. My sister in law is a nurse and has seen Diprivan or Propofol used in surgeries to put patients to sleep. The patient's vitals are supposed to be monitored continuously because it can make you stop breathing... which seems to unfortunately obviously be the case here. I just cant believe how there could be so many unethical doctors out there.

I don't think he really said it in such an easy way to understand but what I think he meant was that these concert promoters probably felt like if they could keep away the people that really cared about Michael or keep Michael away from them for a while then they would be able to convince him that he could do 50 shows. I think... that would be my guess. read it again and let me know what u think

Mike shouldn't have gone out like that. Greed is right. It is pathetic. And if Murray is guilty and they find evidence that he tried to cover it up... I wouldn't want to be him.

he looks fine in the video and he looks fine to the chef?
It makes no sense at all considering he was not eating at all and accoding to the paramedics he looked like a frail old man.
No one "KNEW" in the home he was an addict..How can Michael hide he isn't an addict in house full of people.His children/Nanny/the chef/Oh and Nikko who conviently disappeared after the first week of Larry Kind.He became the new Kato Katlin..
"Larry King to Nikko" Did you ever see Michael Jackson do drugs" Um...stuttering...um..no more than anyone else" BULL!
Someone should have went to the press ASAP and you would watch how fast MJ would have went to rehap but he was going to be in more pain going through withdraw.
He had Lupus/stress put on him for 50 shows instead of 10...
Hid doctor at the time of MJ's death is in finacial ruin.
Getting this job to give MJ what he needed was going to get this doctor out of the hole.
I believe MJ had a lot of issues with his illness' also the withdraw of the drugs of oxicotin and demoral make you not sleep..
Someone is offering you large sums of cash to put you to sleep with anesthesia The doctor knew it was wrong but figured he could handle the situation.He probably dozed off and when he woke up MJ was gone and like the devil he tried everything to bring him back but couldn't.
MJ was using so many alias for drug prescriptions.
He over medicated himself.Are these doctors aware of the all the drugs in MJ system?
Michael is to blame for 50% of his death when he started using alias'.There was a problem.
The young teen who took Michael to court for the second alligations.It just killed MJ to have to endure this a second time,the first time he should have never paid that brat. But 2M is like $2000 to the adverage person..
I know the father had said he wanted to destroy MJ
I know the mother did not want to press charges
MJ paid them to go away
and what can't he talk about in the case..
I really do believe his drug addiction just snowballed after that trial
The drugs took over his body and the need for those drugs and the sycophants enabled the behavior.The inevitable was about to happen even tho I don't think MJ wanted to die and I don't feel the doctor did either
But everyone surrounding MJ was corrupt from Debbie Rowe to everyone concerned.
They all have/had ulterior motives..
When you see Michael as a little boy,he was adorable and than went on to the be the biggest sensation in the world.He was given that God-Given-Gift but the money that comes along with for his personal life was a curse
