Well it was good enough for those who preceded you and did the same things. I cant say that I think its ok...I dont.. but if others can do it ..you should be able to. You really dont need to get attention that way... you are an incredible performer and you outshine them all

You know what? I've about had it with Lambert! The guy has no morals, and I didn't enjoy his big production on the AMA's, not one bit! I'd much rather support the other guy (remember, the one who actually WON)? At least he has character, something that is definitely lacking in Lambert (and his family, according to what I heard his mother say on TV)! I know she's his mother, but she seems to go right along with what he did. If I were her, I'd be ashamed. I'm glad I'm not, but my heart really does go out to her. I see his CD is doing really well. Good for him. But he's not for me or my family.

I was at the AMAs live and saw Adam do his thing. Halfway through his performance,
I told my daughter that his adrenaline was racing; the live audience could feel it. I think if Adam had made it more playful & fun instead of serious & angry, the reaction might have been different. Personally, the only thing that bothered me was the head to crotch antic; don't care if it was male or female, irrelevant, but it just pushed it to a more vulgar level than was necessary, IMO. I'm a major fan of Adam's out of the box persona & talent - but he's usually classier than that. He's right about his vocals, they were not as spectacular as they usually are. But I love that he's different and that he stands tall for who he is. True artists take risks and I will certainly remember this performance & be glad I had the chance to watch his debut on the AMAs!!
