When he can't rouse the troops, send out the old lady. This thing is really getting stale. A full year of bullchit as more and more people struggle in the job market and more and more soldiers die in two ill-defined wars. Obungler rocks! NOT!

If its a 'We thing', then lets hope President Obama is willing to come to the table and be truly bi partisan and put both parties together and get something done.
TORT REFORM
Selling insurance across state lines to increase competitions and lower costs while raising quality.
Stop illegals from receiving a free ride.....
those are some of the ideas thrown at OBAMA and the media for months by the right.Health care should be done as it is truly to expensive for People to buy privately, business to buy for its employees, but, government run Health Care isnt the answer

Michelle may know how to say "we" but her hubby abhors the word. His speeches (lectures, really) are full of the words "I" and "Me."
My suggestion to him is that he quit trying to act like a college professor and act like an executive. After all, he is head of the "Executive Branch" of our government. We need a president and not a lecturer.

Gov't run healthcare is a SOCIALIST THING! Medicare and medicade are also gov't run and SHOULD be privatised. The last thing WE need is MORE gov't in anything! This plan of HIS released this morning apparently STILL has MANDATED coverage in it. That is part of what has got the him in trouble with this in the first place. Americans DO NOT like being told they have to do something by gov't! And especially don't like being told they have to do something by gov't OR ELSE! More and more he is showing himself to be the ideolog we on the right KNEW he was based on his upbringing and associations. His views and policies on America are counter-productive to the restoring of our economy, employment, and financial stability in the world economy. He IS anti-American, anti-capitalist, anti- private sector. America can NOT survive under anything other than capitalism and a free market. Vote REPUBLICAN!
Just say NO

Good points.
Now here is a little rub for you and others regarding government and health.
I have a 96 year old father. Still practicing law (No, not torts and stuff, just estate planning etc.) I am his sole heir. He is on coumadin (for unknown reasons and lasix). Despite having power of attorney, I CANNOT find out about his full medical history unless he signs a specific waiver. This is due to HIPPA which Clinton signed into law. Translation? Governmental mendling in an otherwise reasonable system. Shouldn't family be privy to the complete medical history of their kin, so as to know what is going on? Under the proposed legislation from both houses of Congress, Washington would know everything about his medical condition, but I would not. Does that make any sense?

Just ANOTHER reason why we do not want or need gov't involved in our healthcare. It is ridiculus to have the gov't know more about AND have more access to a family members medical records than other family members.
