only good thing about the strike it shows how multi camera studio shows can start and stop faster than single camera.

So the writers are going to produce almost as much in a few weeks as they would have done during the 3 month strike. Sure a few shows will not get done. Will the ones that get finished be as good as they would have been with no strike? Or will we all be short changed with inferior scripts? Are they worth more money when they show that they can produce almost as much now as they would have in the last 3 months?
Not to mention the production/technician crews. Lots of short term jobs shooting pilots that SHOULD have been steady work for the different pilots over the last 3 months. Then many of these professionals will have no work because the majority of these shows won't get picked up.
This strike will alter the quality of programs we get for the next year or more. And if there is a Screen Actors Guild strike later this year I might have to take up reading!
