i agree i am from texas too and have never heard of him-- he thinks this is going to promote his career but it is just making people hate him that much more-- who would want to go see a slime ball that thinks he is already big time-- i have friends in austin who have never heard of him and they own their own recording studio there! haha he is full of it!

Wes got very defensive when the guys were trying to figure out who had a girlfriend. Jake should have told Jillian about the comments Wes made before leaving the show. Even better for Jake to return next week. AS far as Wes's music career; he is too old and the people who know him, Bachelorette viewers, don't respect him. Poor strategy. He should have shown some humilty. Perhaps he can open for Susan Boyle when she goes on tour. :)

I am from Texas and I happen to like Wes alot. I think that the editing has made him look bad. If any of you would pay close attention they are editing everything. I mean last night they showed a clip of him in that purple shirt. That was from a week or so ago and he was laughing. Rewind your DVR and watch where he is sitting when comments come out. They are taking bits and pieces and putting it together. People want to hate on him because he is trying to promote his music while he is there too. He's a singer!!! Jake was a mama's boy who had one date and basically NO one on one time but he's in love come on. Every woman wants a little spirit in their man!! Go Wes!!!

I would like to know when Jillian sees the comments we see. Seems a little cruel to me for the network to keep hanging on to the news about Wes who is totally there for the wrong reasons. When he says he's there for the publicity and if he got sent home it would be fine because he got what he came here for (a very lose quote). The producers are making a fool out of her and I can't stand that because she's so charming AND what if Wes gets to the end and she selects him?!?!

I really think Jillian is really getting dumber and dumber every week. She has all these doubts about Wes but still gives him a rose wtf? Also she is really pushing for marriage and kids right away and not really getting to know anyone. Alot of there conversations are not getting to know someone well.

I don't really care for her that much and find her voice really annoying. She doesn't really seem that much fun and is to serious all the time. If I was on the show I would deny a rose from her.

You've got to be crazy, Wes is nothing but a tooth faced liar. Im from Houston, Texas and I would think that a fellow Texan would be smart enough to see through someone like him.

Wes could not be more of a jerk. Why did he want to hurt poor Jil?? I was watching The Bachelorette today and I seriously wanted to reach through the T.V. into Spain and slap the guy across the face. I mean what was that about a bird's foot?? And I think that no one should buy his music and that Laurel should kick him to the curb. I just feel sooooo sorry for the guy that would have replaced Wes weeks ago. He is a terrible dude.
