TWoP 10: Recasting Jon & Kate Plus 8's Jon

After witnessing the most depressing 73 minutes of television we've ever seen in our entire lives -- i.e. the Jon & Kate Plus 8 season premiere -- earlier this week, it became clear to us and the rest of the nation that Jon and Kate Gosselin's marriage is clearly over.

Why can't some of the posters here see that? I thought maybe it was a
ratings ploy, but after catching up on Jon's activities, Kate's activites,
the car he bought to run around in clubbing and drinking, it's pretty clear.
Or he's channeling his Danny Bonaduce side minus some of the harsher stuff. When will he claim his new job is personal trainer to girls like Danny did?

Jon is lucky to have Kate he is not that good looking,he's short and he is going bald for 75% of the women in this country anyone of those would disqualify him as dating material.

According to you, it only matters what is on the outside of a person?
You might want to go back and look at what Kate looked like after she had the kids? Remember the dog jowls or butt in the front and he didn't run away. She only looks good because she has had work done.

Living with her has probably taken a toll on him as well. I wouldn't have his patience. The first time she slapped or punched me on camera, I'd give it right back but that is just me. I wouldn't suffer her digs and yelling in silence like he often has also. I don't understand why men cow in he rpresence. She even smacked Emeril and said BAM and he just took it instead of smacking her back with the spatula about three times and saying BAM BAM BAM.

Someone needs to take her down a wee bit. She's too full of herself.

I have said he is not that good looking yes but since I am almost 12 yrs older that him THAT disqulifies me, he is too young.

He had a transplant in the front, but he is going bald in the back or around his crown. No wonder he likes to ski so much. He can cover it up and become anonymous.

Kate would probably get jiggy with him if he would wear an apron and bake her a cake like Duff. She wanted to take him home with her. She even asked him to go home with her.

You should come to where I live. It is required that women have their hair done, French manicures on hands and feet, must drive a high end vehicle,
must run, jog, walk, swim, rollerblade, yoga, pilates, aerobics, etc.
Must have the right labels on your clothes. A low end house is 400,000 to
700,000. School taxes on property are sky high.

There was an article teasing about maybe putting Mikey from OCC on
Jon & Kate in place of Jon. The article went on to say that Kate took Mikey to a spa. I didn't watch. That is just so fake and fabricated. It's not wonder Jon packed his bags and doesn't want to do the show anymore.

the only reason someone would defend kate is because they themselves are awful parents or they are not a parent. in my life my children come first. as far as jon's looks, i personally don't find him attractive, but he seems to be sweet, and has for many years put up with her abuse. pretty sure she was looking for a sperm donor to go with her egg donor. i would love to see the results of a dna test because there is absolutely no way they are her biological children. pretty sure she was just the incubator.

This is the post that started it all with Mel. She doesn't know anything about Texas except for what she finds on the internet. She has a fixation with cotton.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey think they are high class, but people still see them as TRASH WITH MONEY. People are breathing a sigh of relief that the season is over and the women will go away now! If only that were true for Kate. Maybe if they would rename it Open Season and let disgruntled fans hunt Kate with a paint ball gun around all the bouncy things, maybe that would be entertaining.

I have no idea about the DNA surrounding Jon and Kate. I do know of someone who had in-vitro children and they claimed the children were the result of her eggs and his sperm. The kids don't look like ANYBODY in either side of the family. She had some health issues. The mom even admitted they didn't look like her or her family. The genes are very dominant. I'm wondering if they might end up changing looks later on.

Are you saying you think she had in-vitro and used donor eggs? If that story ever broke, that would be news. She certainly treats them like they aren't her blood.

They definitely could be K's though because I know a red headed blue eyed mom who had kids of mixed race and the kids didn't get any of her mom's characteristics.

I disagree and think Jon is cute. Let's face it, most of the men over 20 yrs old are losing their hair. I have heard that 1 reason is because of wearing a hat all the time and then it was said that it's hereditary. Who knows?
