Makes me wonder who is after his land?? Twenty years, thousands of visitors yet the officials just now noticed. If that's the case sounds like a great time to make changes in staffing at code enforcement as well since apparently they have been sleeping at the wheel for two decades. It is a primitive living facility, teaching kids a lost art called survival, leave the man alone.. My money is on the theory someone has interest in the 1000 acres of mountain land, wonder who is really pulling the strings??

Eustace is pulling the strings here. He hasn't been inspected in 20 years because no new buildings were built to the county's knowledge. Why? Because Eustace never pulled permits. So, if no permits are pulled, the county doesn't know they need to go inspect. Eustace basically ratted himself out by going on the show. Eustace.is the only one to blame here.
