But I don't agree that is what it is. Dividing tax money equally is fair in my book. I see no reason at all to consider the wealth of a student's family. If we are going to use tax money to buy schooling, then divide the tax money equally amoung the students.
This is simple economics. a market will charge more if it can. If you give everyone the same amount of tax money, lets just say $5,000, and then they are supposed to go and all pay for private schools, the lowest price a school will probably be is $5,000 for a student. Then there will be a whole host of schools that charge more than $5,000 per student, but will provide a better education. Get it? The worst teachers, and schools will cost $5,000 while the better ones will cost more, hence a child's education will be directly related to the amount of additional money their parents can pay. Class based education.

What a concept. Someone who calls themselves a Christian, actually following the teachings of Christ. You rock! It is people like you that give Christianity back it's once good name. Keep fighting the good fight and take no offense at what I post here. It has nothing to do with you or the real God.
I totally understand what you are saying. It is a shame that these Fundamentalist are trying to ruin Christianity....but they are.58325832

Your resentment of successful people is no reason that tax money, which, by the way, wealthy people pay more of, should not go to every student. Wealthier people will pay more than they get back and poor people will get back more than they pay in. So what.

God has defined morality and had His decisions recorded in the Bible. If you want to know what God considers a sin, consult the Bible. What anyone else considers a sin would have to agree with what God has said, or be invalid.

Are you a homosexual? Do you defend homosexuals? If you answer yes to either of those questions, then you are morally bankrupt and have no credibility to discuss morality at all.
I am NOT a christian

therefor any thing i say is credible in a discussion of morality

It would seem the athiests have their work cut out for them if they want to keep up with the 100000 plus innocent woman the church murdered in Europe for being witches. Witches...now there's a real threat. Too much relgion or lack there of will give us these results.

Atheists killed over 110 million people during the 20th century If you subtract your 100,000 witches from 1110 million you end up with 109.9 million.

Well that number sound like bullplop! More importantly atheist did not kill in the name of atheism (there was never a "I'm killing you because you not atheist" murder on a mass scale), but you already know that, it's been pointed out to you on dozens of threads that I've seen alone, yet you just ignore that and continue to spout this off. Not very intellectually honest me thinks.(I also suppose I'll get a cut and paste reply of quote mining too).

And your empirical evidence that the number is bullplop?

Oh please, of course they killed in the name of atheism, they were just too embarrassed to use the actual word. Can you blame them?

The communist torturers often said,‘There is no God, no hereafter, no punishment for evil. We can do whatever we wish.’ I have heard one torturer even say,‘I thank God in whom I don’t believe, that I have lived this hour when I can express all the evil in my heart.’ He expressed it in unbelievable brutality and torture inflicted on prisoners.

Anyone whose main argument is based on bullplop only gets a little cut and paste. With just a tad bit of research you would know your bullplop is all in your mind and your nose would be the first to know it.
