Ridiculous people are for donating to another country. People need help in America everyday. Help people here.

What a beautiful person you are Jenna...I agree, it breaks my heart to see the destruction of Japan and can only wonder about their pain, sorrow and loss. I can only pray for them and for you and your friends that you will continue your quest to collect as much as time will allow. I only have one bit of advice; find an organization other then the Red Cross to donate the money to. Otherwise only a small percentage will actually go to the people we see on TV.

To help anyone is a huge thing in ths world. Why don't you, "For Real", actually help someone? The people here do need help, so do something about it and don't criticise others for worthy efforts.

I knew the Abbottstown borough was just throwing it's weight around. But they have NO problem taxing people for "upkeep" to things they don't even own. But then what do you expect from a group that is using the lower portion of a smoke shop.

Which countries helped the US after Hurricane Katrina? And before anybody shows how low their IQ is: I donate to anything worthwhile here in my home country. I have donated money, clothes, my time, and numerous other things to those in need here in the United States. I praise all those who are charitable here in the United States for those in the United States. Sorry Japan, but your economy has been stronger than the United States' economy for decades. You will survive and rebuild nicely without my charity. No criticism here, just pointing out the obvious. Oh by the way, is New Orleans totally rebuilt yet? What about that big oil spill? Anyone help with that? Japan?

I guess I have a low IQ, because I actually researched your uninformed allegations. Perhaps you should perform a little research before making such ignorant assertions. You can start at Wikipedia and then do a Google search on "which countries donated to Katrina."

Next time you wish to cast aspersions, come prepared with more facts and less ignorance.

Why do people feel the need to always try to bring someone down who is only trying to help?? We need more people in the world like Jenna, no matter which world she is trying to help. God Bless you!!

For real, I'm laid off and looking for work. I have a mortgage to pay, health insurance, car insurance, school tax, and doctor bills. I need help and can't help anyone else right now. Would you like to buy my house or give me a job? How about if we have a cake sale to help pay my doctor bills.

There are thousands of people here in PA and across America like me. And this is for real.

Sorry it's all about you. Let's put on hold the relief to people who lost absolutely everything - and would love to take over your mortgage, your car, go to your school, and be seen by your doctor - let's put it all on hold for you. Poor you. Look at it this way, you still have internet access to take a whiz on some teenager's dream. So, chin up, things are looking better already, huh?

It was the work of God and it was meant to be. There is nothing anyone can do. Money will not help.

No, my money is spent in America and stays in this country where it is needed. Why don't you donate to the American deficit that everyone seems to be worried about?

Why would God seriously send an earthquake and tsunami to Japan? How idiotic are you?

God has done it before. Maybe God wanted to rid of the sinners. Remember Noah's Arch?

God flooded the earth and killed everyone.
And you say he is a loving God....
