Ratings Plummet for Jon & Kate Plus 8

Granted, far too many people still somehow fear that terrorist suspects currently held at Guantanamo Bay would escape from maximum security prisons if held there inside the country.

How far down will they have to go to get them taken off or stalled?
Remember when Big Love was on and then there was the raid on the Eldorado Compound. It stalled the return for quite some time.

Kate could do a lot of things to get ratings. Start braiding her kids' hair like Nicki on "Big Love" and sew them prairie dresses and marrying the girls off at 13.

Buy a more recession appropriate home to show they understand the
difficulty of rough economic times.

Have Kate inhale a bunch of donuts and get Kirstie Alley's size and then take it all off again.

Kate could start speaking in tongues and claim she was moved by the Spirit.

She could take the bibs off the kids for good and burn those stupid high chairs.

I wish she would put that stomach away. It's still freaky looking from some angles. Maybe they could shoot her from the back and she could put on a sarong. Mamma Duggar has to have something in her closet Kate could wear to look more like a 34 mother of 8 than the way she dresses. It seems she is struggling with her age. Where's that baby she was going to adopt? If she was carrying a baby around, we wouldn't have to look at her stomach.

if u can believe it, not me either. noone needs to watch their life over the years. first off, we already saw it. second, they are divorcing so who cares what their life was before. third, most people watch to see the kids. i would rather watch the kids doing something fun than to watch the demise of the gosselin marriage. jmo

glad to see you put things in perspective...i agree. it seems to me that tlc is trying to squeeze out every cent they can on this show and it is so sad. I think divorce is a private issue and it shouldn't be aired on national television. if people don't watch then they might have a chance on getting their act together.

Who gives a shit? They are trailer trash. Television sucks when they give low lifes like this their own show. All of a sudden they think they are rock stars. Jon was in Buffalo recently signing pictures at a Halloween Haunted House. He's a douche bag. She's an airhead. I feel sorry for their kids when they grow up 20 years from now and have to watch the reruns of this piece of crap reality show.

Kate thinks that she can elevate herself by wearing heels and working out plus driving a high end vehicle plus purchasing a mansion "for the kids" but I don't think anyone is buying it. Granted, her kids have gotten a lot of freebies and get to attend private school, etc., but will they be handed everything throughout life or is Kate just trying to ride the merry go round as long as possible?
Will she be disappointed if Cara and Mady aren't doctors, lawyers or Indian chiefs? What if Cara is like Jon and just wants to backpack across Europe or be a missionary, etc.? Will Kate flip? She seems to live vicariously through her kids. She seems to want to be a BRAND. BRAND Kate.
