"Council President Eric Garcetti said the program's goal is to end the need to issue reward offers such as the one in the Hibbert case. "Too often, we have families like this trying to seek justice," Garcetti said."

That's criminally, stupidly easy for Garcetti and all the rest of the cowardly council members and mayor to say, who do nothing but facilitate and kiss the derrieres of gang members and the people who support illegal aliens.

They have all the tools they need to stop this. Jamiel's Law; get rid of Special Order 40; arrest, jail our home grown ones and deport these heinous illegal alien criminals...then jail all those who aid and abet all the gangs!

Where's Arizona's Joe Arpio when we need him instead of that miserable political animal who wants to be the next head of Homeland Security, do-nothing but support gangs Bill Bratton?

He'll make a swell head of HS; he's done such a fine job of protecting us.

Mrs. Donna Brown..........My whole entire family and myself would like to extend our deepest sympathy... we understand your pain, frustrarion and anger..for we too have lost a very dear family member...my mother is completely broken....but stories like yours inspire people like us.....you are able to speak on behalf of your son...please continue the struggle we know that the LORD JESUS CHRIST WILL GRANT US ALL THE PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING.....AND WE WILL CONTINUE TOO PRAY FOR YOUR FAMILY AND OURS... on the topic of our Mayor I would like too address to him another matter...What about North Hollywood. The crime in in North Hollywood has risen 40% in the last year....What about my little brother (31 years of age)who was gunned down, murderd on January 25, 2008. By these little gangsters that don't have anything better to do. Lets not forget about thee other 7 homicides only in the past four months. Please don't forget about our town. Stop the crime before it gets worse...I feel some of the funding could be spread out to help the youth in North Hollywood! It still remains unknown who killed my brother, Who by the way was absolutely not gang related. We do know that the gang problem is getting worse by the minute as a Noth Hollywood officer said, "these punks are out of control!" We dont know who did this to our family but we are Godly people and we dont want this kids to drown in there own blood shed....even if they did kill my brother!
