Blair Underwood deserves a SAG, emmy, and every award available to him for his portrayal of Alex. I have followed his career for years, however when I happened to give this series a chance, it was on Tuesday and I did not move for the entire 29 minutes. I was literally so moved that I was exhausted. This was not a performance, he WAS ALEX!! Because the show was available through week 6, I watched Alex first, then backtracked for the next 18 hours, only stopping when absolutely necessary. UNTIL YOU KILLED THE BEST CHARACTER AND ACTOR IN THE SERIES!!!!!!!! After the anti-climactic ending of Sopranos, I vowed never to watch another HBO series. UNLESS YOU BRING ALEX BACK as possibly someone Paul like the mysterious old man at the bomb site in Iraq, I doubt too many others(especially military personnel) will tune in!!!! SHAME on you Mark Wahlberg, I thought you were smarter than that!! Mr. Underwood, if they ask you to come back, make them BEG first and quintuple your salary, even for ONE episode! I won't watch and neither will alot of others I know. Mr. Underwood, I commend you on not only this, but all future endeavors.
