If the location is as great as touted in the article - then how come the restaurant folded?

I can't imagine how a mere restaurant can make enough money to cover a $100,000 triple net lease. The menu would be so expensive such a restaurant would go out of business. QED.

Sammie opened his little pizza place in Riverside on the Post Road, a few doors up from St Catherine's church next to the chinese food venue.

I saw Sammie in Stop-n-Shop/Peoples Bank on West Main St in Stamford yesterday afternoon. He doesnt seem to have a care in the world.

I can't help but laugh at this highly ignorant comment. Clearly this being doesn't know Sammy, or the situation he is in. I've been a loyal customer since he came to Connecticut and Sammy has done nothing but try and make a living selling the best Italian food in the county. Everyone needs to stop spreading false rumors about him and let him keep doing what he does. He's had some run ins with crooked landlords who have treated him unfairly making him move out without even letting him honor his holiday parties. Don't go pointing the figure when you don't know the truth. Im anxiously awaiting the opening of a new establishment so that my family and I can once again enjoy an evening out at a family style restaurant we can rely on and enjoy!
