Happy to see russell losing in the finale. He lacks any sort of people skills to run anything let alone a kitchen as evident by he pushing of other chefs in the final episode. He is a jerk.

I loved watching Russell locked in. He knew he lost. He talks big to mask his weak ego. Didn't Chef Ramsay warn him about not being able to deliver what his ego promised? He had to beg his kitchen to work with him. And he resorted to starting shoving matches on his "big day". But he was talking about slapping people and putting them through walls in his interviews. I wonder how many kitchens are willing to take Russell in after hearing the things he said and watching him throw everyone and their mother under the bus.

What a joke. Second year in a row that the wrong person won Hell's Kitchen. Shows that it is not about cooking. Russell is a jerk, but being in charge of a kitchen and having things right, you need that. Look at Ramsey - same thing. He is great when you are doing well and horrible to you when you are messing up. Nona just is not up to par. She cooked risotto incorrectly multiple times in the show. That is pretty sad for a "head chef winner."
Oh, and I loved Holli Ugdale, but Jay was such a great cook and his pallet is unmatched. He has become so famous since coming back to MA. Just think he did a better job in the finale and deserved to win. Although I wanted Holli to win because of her single parent status, I still think Jay should have won.

Russell is nothing like Ramsey, & not even close to the caliber of Chef Ramsey is. Russell lost for himself. The guys nothing but a walking corporate law suit waiting to happen, & its just a matter of time, if he's put in charge of anything bigger then a dog food company. The facts to his losing, due to his inadequacies as a leader were more apparent in the last episode. The guy threatens physical violence anytime his testes get bunched up. Not only does he make threats to physically beat down people, he actually makes physical contact to try & provoke it into happening. I run a Business, & if I had someone working for me like that (management, or production) s/he would be gone ASAP. Russell failed Russell, & he doesn't see it that way. Which is something a "Good" leader would, & could see. "he's going to Blackball every member of his team that lost the competition for him"... "I was sabotaged"... "I'm pissed", & the one that really got me was, right before the door opened, Nona wished him "Good Luck," & he just glared at her, with no response. THIS GUY IS NOTHING MORE THEN A "PUNK", & he deserved exactly what he got.
