Mom defends actor busted in cop-killing

The mother of the "Sopranos" actor busted in the killing of a cop in the Bronx defended her wayward son yesterday as "a good boy" whose only crime was falling in with the wrong people.

I so admired Lillo in Bronx Tale and was horrified to learn all the mess he's gotten into. But, as a senior citizen, I've learned that once you get in "with the wrong crowd" and you CONTINUE to run "with the wrong crowd" and you go along with all the things that the wrong crowd is doing ... then YOU have become PART of the wrong crowd yourself. This doesn't stop a mother's love, but it's a fact that must be faced. However sad that might be.
