Seems fitting. Anne Heche could not stand by her man, Ellen.

Anne Celeste Heche (play /ˈheɪ&#6 43;/ haysh; born May 25, 1969) is an American actress, director, and screenwriter. She started her career on the daytime soap opera Another World, for which she won a Daytime Emmy Award in 1991.

Heche was beginning to establish herself in films during the late 1990s, when she began a highly publicized relationship with Ellen Degeneres. In 2001, a year after her break-up with DeGeneres, Heche married cameraman Coleman Laffoon, with whom she had a son. Since their separation in 2007 (they divorced in 2009), she has lived with actor James Tupper, with whom she also has a son.

In her book, Call Me Crazy, she claimed that her father molested her during her childhood, giving her herpes simplex. Her father later disclosed his homosexuality to his family before dying of AIDS in 1983.

By the way, Anne's incest molestation by this homosexual, was all prior to her age 14.

Go Pennys ! No matter what happens penny's will get through. Granted I am a believer that life is Man & Woman. But.... I Also believe that if every one of those mothers that is out there that are rallying up like some kind of Christian force acting like they are representing what God would want, then they need to take a long hard look in the mirror. Make sure that they have no faults and have never done anything wrong to any one! I'll say it again no I do not believe in homosexuality. But every one is born different even if it's on the inside where you can't see it. Yes I am a mother so don't throw that at me anyone. But what is it hurting for her to say ( hey jcpennys is a great place to shop) just tell me what demented things pop into your heads. NOTHING! And if something does, then God needs to bring you back to a little reality check in only ways that he can!

Period? How pretentious of you.

But why should JC Penney's not have her as a spokesperson? She's popular, successful, credible, and they believe that she will increase revenues. The controvery has served as free publicity for Penney's thereby confirming the wisdom of the decision.

And the marketing "wisdom" behind your declaration is...?

Interesting post. But a question. Isn't saying that you don't "believe in homosexuality" a bit like saying you don't believe in gravity? They both exist whether we "believe in" them or not.

Clarification: both homosexuality and gravity DEMONSTRABLY exist. I add that before some numbnuts declared that god exists even though there is no possible definitive demonstration to support that.

There are 2 different kinds of homosexuals in my opinion. There are those that were born feeling the way they feel. Chemically somewhere in their body something is off. Then there are those that are just ... I don't know how to put it but well, they will sleep with whatever comes their way. They choose to do what they are doing. I don't believe that true homosexuals feel it is a choice. It's how they came out of the womb. And yes gravity us real. I fall down all the time !

I completely will stop shopping in JCPenney after hearing this news.... There is no difference between supporting what is wrong indirectly or directly... and just because something exists is no reason to support it... If a murderer tomorrow is idolized its the same as this... Does that mean you will say that he is famous so its okay... Its not about narrow mindedness, its about supporting what is right in your conscience...

I didn't like Ms ED before I knew she was a homo. I will not buy anything more from JCP because they could have picked from a zillion people more suited to represent their company. Stupid choice to attract more buyers. Giving them the benefit of doubt, they must be trying to make some sort of political statement
