Nick and Nora Charles from the "Thin Man" series of films was the greatest couple in motion picture history. Them not being on this list is a travesty. William Powell and Myrna Loy were great - and in love with each other - for six films as these characters.
Their omission means the entire list is suspect.

I should've realized when I saw the Scrubs pair that this was a complete joke. Four Weddings and A Funeral? You're kidding me right? And that Shrek pairing is laughable. What am I getting mad for? This is just a stupid joke!

Unfortunately, the boob(s) who wrote the article are probably reading this and going, "Who the hell are Nick and Nora Charles?" Hence, the reason for the omissions. But what can you expect from so-called journalists who probably graduated fifth grade a few months ago?:P

(Oh, and if this article was not meant to be taken seriously, a note to that effect would have been nice. Otherwise, this list is about as useful as recycled toilet tissue.)

What about Wall-E and EVE? They were one of the most earnest, true couples ever put on screen.

Where are Julie Delpy & Ethan Hawke from Before Sunset/Sunrise

I know they're not technically a couple, but Seeley Booth and Temperance Brennan from "Bones" should be on this list. They have amazing chemistry and it's obvious how much they love each other. And Booth HAS taken a bullet for her.

This awful website should be ashamed of such a terrible list. It is clearly evident that a 4-year-old spent three and a half seconds writing this.

Somehow I didn't expect to find spoilers on this list when I read that it was about couples. Not everyone has seen every movie and there was no reason to blow the ending of Brokeback Mountain or Shrek 3. I know, I know, "if you haven't seen it by now..." but that's what NetFlix and Blockbuster are for.

This is a joke, right? No Rick and Ilsa but Benny Button? Neither couple from How I Met Your Mother (Ted and Robin or Marshall and Lily) but BURN NOTICE? thats the worst part of the show. Turk and JD were fitting though

Why not him (as FOX MULDER) and Gillian Anderson (as Dana Scully)! They have 9 years of series history and two movies...:(

By leaving off William Powell and Myrna Loy as Nick and Nora Charles, you have invalidated your whole list. They are by far the greatest screen couple, who were also great friends in real life, who have ever graced the screen; large or small

This definitely was a strange list, ending with Donkey & Dragon from the Shrek movies.
Incredulous from Melbourne beat me to it! Xena & Gaby (Lucy Lawless & Renee O'Connor) happen to be my favorite TV characters of all time. I also thought that it was strange that Rod & Marcee Tidwell from Jerry Maguire were included but not Jerry himself and Dorothy Boyd (Renee Zellweger). Remember "You complete me." and "You had me at hello."?(Renee Z is also my favorite movie actress, and Renee O'C and Renee Z happen to have the same hometown -- Katy, Texas.)
Finally, I agree with the earlier mentions of Buffy & Angel and Mulder & Scully above, and I also liked Piper & Leo from Charmed.

Not not my first choice for an animated couple. Wall-E and Eve anyone?
