He has been on the show since 2000 - now that he is leaving after this season, articles like this surface - come on, if he had a problem that included some or all of the "suspected" items, wouldn't this have been a problem before now????

It is a shame he has chosen this way of life. He seems like a really good actor. I hope he can get the help he needs and can make a comeback. If he does not seek help he does not deserve a second chance.
