I agree with crazy! I cant believe America sees that as talent worth that much money plus a one year show. The magician highly entertaining, Jeremy?(bike)even seriously injured last week, would make you hold your breath, they were great. Michael Grimm is very talented and would be someone I would spend my money on to "HEAR" and "SEE". Poppycock reminds me of someone you might see performing at a small town theater play not VEGAS. Great talent went home in my opinion. I wish Michael the best and pray his dream comes true.

What's showing through here is everyone's individual taste. For me, the only acts in the top 10 that I would pay to see are Michael Grimm and Grasso the magician. I wouldn't see Jackie because I don't like opera. I wouldn't see Jeremy because his act DOESN'T keep me on the edge of my seat. I wouldn't see Poppycock simply because I don't like his kind of high end production shows which, by the way, is a typical Vegas-type show. I'll bet if he doesn't win AGT that he will still end up with a Vegas act. I wouldn't see Fighting Gravity because it loses it's appeal after a few minutes. If I had to watch them for two hours I'd end up gouging my eyes out with a fork. Now having said all that, I believe all the top 10 acts are highly talented but for all of us it comes down to personal interest. I would only pay to see the Michaels: Grimm and Grasso.

I agree its just how the individual person feels. But if I want to see a singer I am not going to pay to see someone sing other peoples songs. Yes Grimm is a very good singer. Fighting gravity and Jeremy put alot more into their acts than any singer. By the way it can't be what EVERYONE likes because how many people that voted for Jackie would go see opera?

Frank, Frank, Frank, you must be a percussionist because you love beating the drum for the variety acts...lol. Number 1 - Singers on all these talent shows ALWAYS sing other peoples songs. They put their own spin on them but they remain other peoples songs. Number 2 - you say that Jeremy puts more into his act than any singer yet on the air he said that he only practiced his last routine 4 times. I'm sure that Grimm and Jackie sang their songs more than four times in rehearsals. Number 3 - yes, I think that most of the people that voted for Jackie would, if they had the opportunity, go to see her sing opera whether they love opera or not. She is kind of a phenomenon and that alone would attract people. I HATE opera but would go see her one time if she sang anywhere nearby. Finally, I am rooting for Michael Grimm to win. Frank, is it safe to assume you want the variety act to win???

The reason Jeremy only practice 4 times is because he had to build his set, and where would he practice that? I hate opera and think it is painfull to listen to (just my opinion) Grimm is a good singer and I would not be upset if he won but I think fighting gravity deserves it more because they have put alot more into it. Same with Jeremy. A singer just picks a song and sings it, yes you have to be able to sing but that is all you have to do and you can practice it almost anywhere. Jeremy and Fighting Gravity have to pick a song to but that is the least of their worries.

Michael Grimm is not just a singer, he is a songwriter and musician. He has written his own songs. It is well known that people want to hear something familar (so they have a gauge). Watch other talent shows, they all do covers of others songs.
Michael is substance over flash. Jackie sings beautifully, but I am in awe of her talent because of her age. Michael delivers a song with such hearfelt emotion you can almost feel it.

Grimm is a very good singer. I would be very happy if he won he does deserve it. I just think Fighting Gravity does alot more. I was going for Jereny all the way since his very first audition.

I think Michael Grimm is the best. He has real talent, and does not need all the crazy gimmicks. Back in the day when Otis (Redding) or Sam (Cooke) sang their voice and a band was all that was needed. It's the same with Michael. I could listen to him sing all day.

I'm really not a fan of Fighting Gravity. It just doesn't interest me at all. I've seen similar acts before. After two minutes I'm snoring. I don't think Prince Poopyshoot has a chance. I hope Grimm wins. I voted for him but I'm afraid that America fell in love with the charming little Jackie. We'll see in a couple of hours.
