My son and I watched this. It was a disgrace. The Japanes were only portrayed in a negative light. This was an oppurtunity to teach kids about another culture and it was blown!

Stupid. As a half Japanese I feel this movie portrayed not only those in Japan, but the French as dimwitted and negative. I lost respect.

As an adult fan of the show, I was really looking forward to the movie. The regular show is great, so the chance to explore Japanese culture (and have fun with it) should be awesome, right? Wrong. For the kiddies who can't tell the difference--this show could have been placed ANYWHERE. The writers failed to use Japan AT ALL. One of the least funny iCarly's yet.:-(

that sucked. the movie wasn't even filmed in japan. it was filmed in plain old hollywood. Also the car rides looked fake and the driver seat in japan are supposed to be on the right and instead they put it on the left. this movie was funny but it was also stupid.

It could have been better, it was cute though. Although the light in which Japan is put makes it seem like a more skilled fighting, Engrish to Asian tongues America. There's nothing in this that seems to introduce something new of outside cultures, except for the obvious food and speech references. Then again, maybe its because I'm a bit too old for the target audience, and have been watching tv for way too long so that I can understand where plots will twist and turn. Overall, cute, and good for the target ages. Though I think they could have used Good Charlotte more instead of a small, 15 second show of them singing part of the chorus. If they were going to do that, they could have used any band that wanted some promotion toward tweens. Wee~ Over critical watcher~ I'm sorry. :]
