From "MASH" to "St. Elsewhere" to "The Sopranos" to "Seinfeld," all long-running television shows become myths at some point or another, reflecting, within the confines of their own universes, the disparate nature of human experience.

A VERY satisfying ending to a well-written saga that has held me with rapt attention all along. I'm sure gonna miss it. BSG has been the BEST show on television, hands down.

I must say, I enjoyed the religious overtones. Who is to say what is "true"? I'm still scratching my head about Kara, though. I loved that the music was the answer to get them where they needed to go, but still, what happened to her on "earth"? What is she, really?

The series certainly has a life of its own, and I hope it lives on for a long, long time.

My bet is that without the unending hype lavished by Skiffy Channel Galactica will be well forgotten in a couple of years.

Never has such a poorly made show been hyped so much to so little commercial success.

BSG is what moldy old actors and actresses with dieing carriers talk about at conventions to get lame adults who never grew up to fork over hard earned money for over priced T shirts, DVDS and photo ops so the stars can go on a private vacations where there are no little poor ugly people to bother them.

Enjoying junk entertainment meant for 8 year olds is fun but making believe it has real value to society is de-evolving the entire species.

battle-star galactica was one of the mot amazing drama,s I have ever seen I believe tied with only breaking bad as the most thought provoking shows in the history of cable or non cable broadcast television..ron moore,s battle-star took a tired old series and made you both think about and feel for the characters . it caused me to think about many of the episodes many times over the days and weeks or months even after the episode or the season was long over. not to many shows can provoke those types of response from their fans ..a truly wonder full tv show and that last episode !!! it was truly thought provoking we are all of us you and I are children of battle-star galactica !!
