I resent the fact that the person who wrote this article hasnt got a clue about what doctor who is really about. First off the doctor is not some zany man from the future he is an alien being who travels in time from the planet gallifrey. secondly the aliens, monsters, and villians he has fought were not cheap looking the people who created the series did a splendid job of creating the most imaginative aliens and villians seen on sci fi tv with the limited budget they were forced to work with. Doctor who has been on the air for forty years now and deserves the utmost respect for bringing the most brilliant tv on sci fi.
