The reason Sotomayer is a disaster as a judge, is because:

60%+ of her decisions were overturned, by higher courts!

A record like gets you 'fired', in any work but govt.

She's a member of 'The Race'(La Raza) racist party,-advocating 'Hispanics to Power'!,(racism) and Mexico regaining the 6 or so southern states they lost during the war.

She's continually voted to destroy American's individual natural and constitutional liberties, such as property rights, 2nd amendment rights, and the right to 'equality under the law' & simple 'rule of law'.

She's bragged to the press that she wants to be Supreme Court Justice because: that's where she can set government policy!
Driving her personal selfish agenda through court decisions.

This is exactly the opposite, of what we want in a Supreme Court Justice!

She's a disaster, and a reflection the radical racist socialist agenda of her and her ilk.

Why is always about race with the liberal media? Why do we focus on what the individual is rather then who they are? This was an obvious politically correct choice so why do we throw around word like historic? What I want to know is will they be a good judge and not have a political bent. Based on her ruling in Rhode Island and the comment she made about white males I tend to think not.

Affirmative action in action.

Plucked up to the Ivy League -took remedial reading classes AT COLLEGE.

She became a student activist and co-chair of the Acción Puertorriqueña organization. After she agitated, agitated, and agitated until professors were too intimidated to give anything less than an 'A'.

She's a fraud who bullied her way to the top, much as Anne Mulchahy and Ursula Burns did at Xerox, in my opinion.

This is a disgrace.

She will be about as impartial as a .45 caliber bullet. If she is confirmed there is no turning back. When will we ever learn?
