if you want your martial arts skills to be as great as people who spar.
then you should train doing punches, kicks, forms, techniques and you should also spar.

and when it comes to sparring in a club if you want to spar with strangers in a club then you should do it.

if you do not want to spar with strangers in a club then you can spar with a friend at your house.

when training in sparring one person should be doing the continuous attacks while the other person doing the continuous defending. then pause and switch roles on which person to do the continuous attacking and which person to do the continuous defending. keep switching roles on who does the continuous attacking and continuous defending.

then the next stage should be one person doing the continuous attacking while the other person doing continuous defending then the person that do the continuous defending should, after a while doing continuous defending, should ( without set timed ) then do the continuous attacks . then switch roles on this routine.

the next stage is when the two people switch their attacking and defending without setting a timed routine on when they will attack and when they will defend. so the two people will attack and defend similar to sparring.

when you training in sparring you should NOT open you mouth to talk because you will risk gettting your jaw broken. sparring is not about full contact hits, but sometimes there will be accidents and one person may accidently connect their fists to other person's jaw and if the other person's mouth is open then other person may get their jaw broken.
so spar with your mouth closed.
and spar safely.

gentle people need to do sparring.

even if it means sparring with other gentle people.
