Most of the staff who originally worked at Frederator Studios and some Cartoon Network Studios staff are moving on to Billionfold (which becomes a division not only to Nickelodeon, but also to Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, etc.). Butch Hartman, the creator of "The Fairly OddParents" is creating remakes of two Cartoon Network originals: "The Powerpuff Girls" and "Dexter's Laboratory", with Craig McCracken, the creator of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, writing both of those shows. They are called DEXTER'S LAB FORCE and THE POWERPUFF GIRLS X, and will both feature a different style, but not the same styles as they did to the Cartoon Network originals.
THE POWERPUFF GIRLS X will show all of the characters from the original Powerpuff Girls with new characters added; many from the anime remake and most not in either of those. They will all have such Danny Phantom-like touches as their heads with faces, necks, five digits on each hand, and five digits on each foot - with exceptions being made for those of the titular characters, The Rowdyruff Boys, and telephonies from the original (who have the same designs as the original incarnation of The Powerpuff Girls); the Narrator himself is never seen at any point in THE POWERPUFF GIRLS X. And yet, DEXTER'S LAB FORCE will feature all of the characters from the original Dexter's Lab with new characters added. They will all have such Danny Phantom-like touches as their heads with faces, necks, five digits on each hand and five digits on each foot that are being added to any of them. Both of those shows will feature a cel-shaded animation/Adobe Flash-combo style.

illionfold, Nelvana & Warner Bros. Animation are all teaming up with "TELETOON" [Canada] and "CARTOON NETWORK" [U.S.] to co-produce both shows, and will be created by The Fairly OddParents creator Butch Hartman. Both of those shows will be premiered as TV specials in spring 2012, and then later as full TV shows in fall 2012, both on "TELETOON" [Canada] and "CARTOON NETWORK" [U.S.].

Both of those shows will premiere altogether as television specials on Cartoon Network USA & Teletoon Canada by May 28, 2012, and then later as full television shows also on Cartoon Network USA & Teletoon Canada by September 3, 2012.
BILLIONFOLD, INC. will become an animation division not only to Nickelodeon, but also to Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, etc. around 2010, because most Frederator Studios staff and some Cartoon Network Studios staff will move on there, and work will begin on remakes of Dexter's Lab and The Powerpuff Girls by the next year. Numerous voice actors who appeared in both The Fairly OddParents and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, as well as other voice actors like Nike Futterman of My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Lara Jill Miller from The Life & Times of Juniper Lee, Pamela Adlon of Squirrel Boy, Seth MacFarlane of Family Guy & American Dad, David Kaufman of Danny Phantom, etc. will be appearing in both shows as voice actors.(Cathy Cavadini, Tara Strong and E.G. Daily will voice the titular characters themselves in THE POWERPUFF GIRLS X, for example).
