'American Digger': Chicago Cops Bust Ric Savage

On the latest episode of " American Digger " , Ric Savage and the crew headed to Chicago in search of loot from mobster Al Capone.

I believe the cops were way out of line in this case. From the footage, you can see that there were no questions asked; just the police acting before assessing the situation. This is a prime example of the low quality police that are out there as well as a good example of complacency in the force. Proper training and supervision could have prevented events like this from happening. Whoever the main officer was should receive some sort of reprimand for the way he treated the team before and after the incident. Once the property owner stated that they were allowed to be there, the officer Gould have backed down but instead, he threatened them to get off the property. If an officer treated me like that, there would definitely be a complaint and possibly a law suit coming from my end. People like this give the police and military a bad name.

this should be shown to the head of police in chicago.. Guess what .. if this is how they treat people .. holy Christ .. I WILL NEVER go to Chicago again.. they are bullies and not real smart! people stay out of Chicago it is not safe even from the police.

I was raised near Chicago and later became employed there. This is typical Of Chicago cops. What they lack for intelligence they compensate with foul language and MISSPLACED authority. This cop has been working the south side to long. For one he and others cuffed before questions. He saw the cameras and started his acting career. The reason I am going to say this I hope Is not taken as racist. The south side is dangerous and has been for decades. Worse since Robert Taylor Housing was condemned. The south side is mainly Black occupied. White cops treat them bad so most south side cops are Black. Just an fyi I'm white. That's why he was acting. If no camera crew he would have maybe just said hey what's goin on? When he treated the home owner so polite uh, doesn't happen on the south side. He says the home owner wants you off the property, the owner says maybe it's best. Ya, cause if he said let them dig the cops would pay another visit in a few days to do him harm. That doughnut eater saw a few moment of fame. Wish show would have gone for harrassment.
