Gary Dourdan's Warrick Brown may leave 'CSI'

"CSI" actor Gary Dourdan, who plays Warrick Brown on the show, may not be returning next season according to TV Guide.

Why don't these people realize what they have? The grass is not always greener. Ask the dude on CSI Miami, he was on NYPD but thought he could be a bigger star and left after one year and then was nothing for 5-8 years. Think he was sorry for leaving, I think so! They are on a highly rated show making, great money and has a lot of fans. But they think they can do better but they usually crash and burn. Another example is the chick who just left CSI, let's see how long it takes for her to become visible again. Get smart you people, realize what you have, bird in the hand is worth 2 in a bush.

I'm guessing the reason he may leave is because of his drug problem and recent arrest on April 28. Gary Dourdan is a great actor and if he leaves the show, I will miss him soooo much!!!! But he really needs to get better... he has a wife and children, for the love!

Remember: What goes up will always come down. CSI has been on for many seasons, and was the hottest show for most of it. The hotter the flame, the shorter the life. Gary is young and probably has a number of opportunities to expand his career, as well as any other good actor/actress on CSI.(Including Grissom, one of the best actors I have ever had the pleasure to experience in this lifetime)
If Gary has the opportunity, God Bless. He deserves it.:)

I heard the reason Sarah left was because she wanted to do other things, life is short and she was not getting any younger. I heard Gary's reason was contract negotiations. His arrest recently was long after the negotiations fell apart.

I was very upset in last night's show when Warrick got shot; I was not expecting that at all; in fact I have a heart condition and it shocked me so much that I jerked and something hot/cold ran right through my chest to my back; it scared me. I have not felt anything like that before. I just don't think it should have ended like that. Please let the team find him and save his life, and then go off and get well so he could come back. I know that he was alleged to have drugs in his possesion, but a lot of stars have had similar problems, and get help, and I am sure if this is true about him he will get clean too. I love Grissom too, and Warrick was his favorite CSI. I would really like it Jorja would come bact too. The Thursday night CSI show is the best one on TV.

i'm glad that they killed warrick off! he always gets away with everything.i think the judge went to easy on hime for his drug problem.i feel that

first of all. warrick made the show. I loved him in the show and he played a major role. i am so pissed that he is killed off. i cried. but csi las vegas sucks now. i watch miami. so grisom and nick are cool but they need to go to miami now. fuck sarah im glad she is gone.

I love both Sarah and Warrick, they all together along with the entire cast make CSI what it is, and was. They are and always will be a team. If one or the other leaves, just as what happened at the end of Seinfeld, they will not survive alone. Sadly, they all have GREAT talent, but together, they are GREAT. Not alone, or in a different series. I wish them all the best. Whether they decide to stay together or not.

I am saddend Grissom is leaving...and angry they killed Warrick. I never liked Sara nor her relationship with Grissom. Never! He would do better with the S&M woman. Someone needs to do some investigating with CBS...The characters are the show and yes the writers are great, but the cast makes makes the magic!
