I bought some of Duff's Pink commercial fondant at Hobby Lobby recently. I made some bows for a birthday cake and let them set overnight. The next morning they had not hardened at all. Anybody have a similar problem, or know what to do when this happens? I unfortunately had to leave the bows off of the cake.

Fondant will not dry completely hard. You can add tylose powder to help but gumpaste is probably what you're looking for. It dries rock hard.
