i am not defending the actions that she has taken, however in fairness she is a target now. you know for sure that if a cop sees her they are going to do what ever they can to pull her over. she does have a huge problem, and hopefully she will get help.

So, Lohan is seen partying at Pure mere hours after getting out of rehab and we are supposed to believe she has been rehabilitated? Then this happens.

I love how she is trying to defend herself now. After everything that happens she still wants us to believe she is totally innocent. As if we are supposed to believe that the blood alcohol measurement was wrong and its just coincidental that she always has coke in her car. Oh, and if you don't use drugs, why were you in rehab twice? To make new friends?

She just needs to own up to the fact that she is a drug addict. Lohan is making the same mistake Paris did.....not taking responsibility for her actions. Not only will Lohan's public image forever be tarnished, but she can kiss her film career goodbye.

OK...OK she may be a target.....BUT, a cop didn't see her and pull her over. She was driving like a lunatic and got a 911 call on her. She was then found to be legally drunk and in possession! She is only a target if she chooses to be!
