There is nothing amiss with my theory, they find someone who will lend them the money. And FYI there are people who come without a coyote. Why would you repeatedly pay money to get denied? You would be throwing hard earned away. It is much easier to make money here. A person would be more willing to lend someone money knowing there is a better chance they will get it back. Sure it is a lot of money, but there is a better chance they will get it back vs trying repeatedly to get a visa and paying money you won't get back. They are coming to try and make a better life for themselves and their families. I was only using the example of the cost of a visitor visa and didn't include the cost of traveling. Add $200 for travel expenses to and from the American Consulate, which are located in the worst cities in Mexico. When someone is denied, their passport gets destroyed, that is another $100. People don't risk their lives for fun. They are desperate. It is $500 for a work visa. Would you apply for one again after being denied? Probably not. Face it, our Gov. needs to change their way or doing things too. Don't say anything until you go through what they go through.<quoted text> "Illegal immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border can expect to pay anywhere from $1,500 to $3,500, sometimes less or more depending on the smuggler." How do you explain their ability to come up with these fees? Something is amiss with your theory.

the sensible thing to do is to keep uppermost in one’s mind the reality that the modern day influx of “illegal immigrants” is not only nothing new, it is fundamentally different from the original one that our ancestors, the original “illegal immigrants” engaged in upon coming to the shores of America from a distant land. The land most impacted by “illegal immigration”, the land that creates the greatest disputation amongst and between the current “owners” of the land [a concept completely alien to the original indigenous people subdued and imprisoned on apartheid reservations], is land originally possessed by the ancestors of these new illegal immigrants. Those coming here now for jobs and to live on land that originally was “owned” by their ancestors are people returning here “illegally” to live on land that originally was in legal possession of their ancestors and upon which their ancestors lived for generations before our ancestors, the original illegal immigrants, took it from them by force of arms in wars. http://www.dailykos.com/story/2013/01/19/1180... |

You would think Americans are sneaking into Mexico, for a better life. But it is they who sneak here because they can't put together a government worth a crap. Who's lazy now? Do the hard work and build your country up so you won't have to sneak out. Fifty-seven percent of Mexican immigrants on welfare. "The document breaks down the immigrant families by country of origin and gives specific types of welfare and percentages of the families that used it in 2010. An average fewer than 23 percent of native households use some type of “welfare” which is specifically defined in the study. 36 percent of households headed by immigrants use some type of welfare. Families headed by immigrants from specific countries or areas of the world range from just over 6 percent for those immigrants from Great Britain to more than 57 percent of those from Mexico using some type of welfare." http://www.examiner.com/article/fifty-seven-p... |

Illegal aliens believe anything. Amnesty won't pass the House. DOA! But just maybe it will have this in it: Reps. Roe and Marchant cosponsor Birthright Citizenship Bill Thursday, January 24, 2013 "The Birthright Citizenship Act, H.R. 140, would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act - not the constitution - to consider a person born in the United States "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth purposes if the person is born in the United States of parents, one of whom is:(1) a U.S. citizen or national; (2) a lawful permanent resident alien whose residence is in the United States; or (3) an alien performing active service in the U.S. Armed Forces." https://www.numbersusa.com/content/news/janua... |
