Undoubtedly, more than 80% of the American people now realize that the apologizer in chief Obama who studied the Mozlem Brother culture in Madrassa in Indonesia stranded our Ambassador Stevens who requested urgent help from potential al Qaida attack on US Embassy that came on 9/11 anniversary. Obama handling the Libya debacle is disgraceful and even shameful because Obama was trying to use his loyal liberal media of the NY Times, AP and ABC to cover up his failure to protect our Embassy in Libya. The attack by the al Qaida terrorists came few months after the Obama used the UN resolution and NATO aircrafts to remove and killed Gaddafi who was ally of America and fought the al Qaida terrorists. Nevertheless, Obama was able to free from the Libyan prison all the al Qaida terrorists and he armed them and called them “Rebels” that he armed and used to remove Gaddafi from power and kill him. Now the same al Qaida ”Rebels” took control of Eastern Libya and used Obama’s armed to kill our Ambassador Stevens and three US Seals and to destroy US Embassy. US troops that were sent to investigate by Obama could not get to Benghazi to check the attack because Libya fell to anarchy and chaos thanks to Obama and his use of the al Qaida terrorists to fight “for American interest”. The great American patriotic leader Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are right to stand up for America and criticize the despicable and deceitful handling of Libya al Qaida attack by Obama.

Here is the State Department regulation below. Clearly Secretary Clinton and other violated this basic requirement and physical security standard before any American can occupy the premises overseas. Lack of funding is not an issue in deciding to put Americans overseas. A comment on the Senate Committee testimony ... what a sham the Senate hearing basically with the exception of Senator McCain's comments.

12 FAM 315.3 Application of Statutory Requirements and OSPB Security Standards
(CT:DS-121; 09-21-2006)

New U.S. chancery/consulate buildings, solely or substantially occupied by the U.S. Government, must meet collocation and 100-foot (30.48 m) setback statutory requirements; otherwise, waivers to the statutory requirements must be granted by the Secretary. These new U.S. diplomatic facilities must also meet OSPB security standards identified in 12 FAH-6; otherwise, exception(s) to those standards listed in 12 FAM 314 a must be granted by the Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security.
