Los Angeles police have concluded that Michael Jackson is a homicide victim, and the pop icon's cardiologist could be charged in the case, according to celebrity Web site TMZ.com. The official autopsy results aren't due out until at least next week, "Early Show" national correspondent Hattie Kauffman pointed out Wednesday, but TMZ, citing what it ...

Dr. Conrad Murray should certainly be brought up on charges, but it should be murder one, not homicide. It is also possible that MJ was aware of the injections, but resisted the fatal dose. Did he have bruising injuries that would indicate that he was struggling or fighting? Since many people knew of MJ's addiction, who would question a fatal dose?
You know I agree with you that he was murdered. The story on the first day had three flaws. Then the story changed a great deal more after that.

I think he was trying to pull out of some of the concerts like he did twice before. AEG had invested too much all the other important entities of production and so forth had already been counting on making a lot of money so they killed him.

They were clever enough to hire their own doctor, Murray was retained by AEG. They killed MJ in a way that would be harder to notice by the public. After all, MJ had been to rehab twice also. SO they killed him by giving him too much of what everybody knew he had been taking years - prescription drugs. Then they let him die before they called 911. The dead cannot speak so well, see.

By doing all that they knew from their high powered lawyers that the most severe charges would be something like negligence, reckless disregard, and felonious prescribing practices and shite.

And they're right. Only a few jackas$e$ will go down for this such as greedy doctors. The big players will cash in on the insurance and shite.

See the police investigation cannot support the DA going for homicide charges as two major medical facts are already perturbed - time of death and cause, see.

The time of death was ruined by the coroner as he used the time Mj was declared dead in the ER. But MJ had been dead hours before that time.

The Coroner ruined cause of death because he did not know what class of drug Propofol was under and so did not grasp the effects and how it affected the cause and time of death.

<quoted text>It's exactly like the Elvis story. A couple of doctors will go down. But he really screwed himself.?He went to rehab once so he had FULL knowledge that he was HOOKED. But I will say one more thing. I used to be a xanax addict. It is the hardest drug to stop that exists. MOST people do not make it.
If most people don't make it, then why is it entirely Mike's fault? What about the pushers? What about those who knew he had a problem but gave him the stuff any way. Practically the whole world knew Mike went in to rehab including the doctors who wrote the prescriptions. And you'd better bet a doctor who administers a drug that is supposed to be used in a hospital setting only in a privte home is GUILTY, all of them.

How many other celebrities out there are going down the same path or on the same path as Mike?

The man was generous and kind. Have some compassion.

I agree with that but I also understand why some people think there may have been murder involved. I've considered it, myself.(No, really, I have.) His drug addiction may have been the most convinient path to murder him and that part, at least, would be his fault.
I don't think he could do those concerts. Experts who have looked at the footage from that last rehearsal said he was out of sync with the other dancers, he was lackluster in his performance and AFTER ONE DANCE he was acting like he just ran a 10 mile race. He was going to be physically unable to do one concert, nevermind 50, and IIRC, they could only get insurance for the first 10 concerts. He had to die at a certain time for the insurance to pay off.
There was a shi*load of money on the line and the producers had to be hysterical over what was going to be the biggest show failure EVER. Is murder out of the question? Nope. And Wacko was ripe for the killin'.
Doesn't a patient who has been given Diprovan (sp?) have to be monitored? Hasn't it been rumored that Murray fell asleep? If this is proven to be true, was Mike left unattended on purpose?

There is a possible flaw in this unless someone is lying. The concert promoter has said that Mike already knew Murray and requested that the promoters hire him on as Mike's doc for the tour.

Dr. Murray is not speaking to LAPD. He declined a 3rd interview this week with LAPD and the Coroner's office and his lawyer now has a lawyer. Why would his lawyer have a lawyer? I'll tell you why. His lawyer realizes that he lied on behalf of Murray.

I think both Dr. Murray and dermatologist, Klein will both go down. Klein has a shady past where he was kicked out of med school for peddling prescription drugs back in the day. Murray was awash in debt so money was a factor. Klein gave pills, Murray injected Propofol. Deadly combination.

As for the people saying MJ did it to himself, you have to keep in mind that between the burned scalp, broken leg, fractured back vertebrae and inflammation you suffer with lupus, he WAS in serious pain at times. It was a snowball effect which he even told others he hated the way he felt when he took it but also suffered from depression and needed mild prescription drugs to manage ongoing pain. Unfortunately, the dosage kept increasing until he was hooked and the doctors did not help by continuing to prescribe it to him.
