Why do you oppose the people speaking through their elected representatives setting the moral climate in the city in which they live? Shall we force every American to live next door to a whore house simply because they are legal in Nevada? Or should everyone have a drug addict for a neighbor just because somewhere in America some drugs are legal? I think it's very important to allow the local people to decide what they will accept in their communities and what they will not. If you don't like it, don't move to Bald Knob, Arkansas.

You do realize we have many dry counties in Arkansas, right? It's decided on a county by county basis. Same thing with bingo gambling. Each community is free to decide for itself.

Just saw a video on Stephen Colbert show about the bingo in Bald Knob so sad not to let seniors play bingo. It is really quite harmless as the way it was being played and seemed a very good social activity in a small town for senior citizens. Hope the people enjoying that activity found something else to make them smile and socialize.
