They should not be allowed to coach again in the State of Oklahoma. They cheated and gave their team's an unfair advantage.

Despite what they did, people deserve a second chance. Marion Jones willfully admitted to using HGH during the 2000 Olympics and was stripped of all her medals. Now she has been given a second chance as a player for the WNBA's Tulsa Shock. She's using her past experiences to help teach and inspire others. I think that goes a long way.

I'm also not a total softy. Now that these people have been in trouble before, they should also be carefully monitored from now on. Because if they screw up and do it again, then they screwed up their second chance and should never be allowed a third. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you!

i am Jenks but they shouldnt be allowed to coach. they knew the rules and broke them, knowingly.
this is why our kids do bad things and criminal do illegal things, no consequences. Cheat and you get to come back and coach, great example!!!

Trimble, for once in life, should man-up and do the right thing and stay gone from coaching. Is this the example you want to set for your chcildren? You got caught breaking numerous rules and regulations and the school that teaches your kids, pays this guy while he's suspended.

this, however is no surprise. We all knew the in-difnate suspension would not last past half of one season. The OSSAA is the next group that should be investigated. This is a joke and travesty!!!! Trimble and everyone invovled in the Jenks school system should be ashamed!!!!!!!

Ok....for all of you that just love to Rant and Rave about how Jenks CHEATED you need to get the facts straight. If anyone KNOWINGLY committed violations then they should be removed. I don't know anything about Booker T, but in Jenks, there were some issues that techinically did violate rules. NONE were intentional willful acts to violate any rules. Mr. Trimble stepped down, because he did not want anything he had done, or not done, to prevent the students from getting to play. Had there been anything really bad, he would not be being reinstated. For all of you that are ranting and raving.....you are ignorant and choose not to get the fact and then yack about about the situation as if you do have the facts.

Now you know this is Oklahoma, you can get murdered if you interfere with football games especially High School!=( And yes does not look good for the kids as far as being an honest role model!

As a person who attended the meetings and have had dealing with this coach in the past (not on the field) he cheated. The entire football and/or coaching world has known about his "issues that technically did violate rules". The only reason he got caught this time is because he made the wrong parent mad and they actually decided to do something. Trimble has been doing this for years! Arranging "rental homes" aka rooms in someone else's house, getting jobs for parents to try and get a "legal" transfer, etc. These are not issues they are loop holes that he has exploited for years. No one from Jenks has complained in the past because they are benefitting from it. And if you want to be really honest about it then just admit that the majority of successful coaches be it football, basketball, wrestling, baseball, or any other sport recruits and gets away with it.

This is just fluff.. the OSSAA is just utter nonsense. All they did was teach parents and kids it is fine to cheat, and get caught!

There is too much money in Jenks football. Trimble should be gone! But certain powers want him there to keep making money. Plus Jenks probably paid off the board because UNION would be unstoppable!

OSSAA is a joke and have been for a long time. Oh, they will posture around and pretend they are all about fair play but it's really about the money.

OSSAA aside - it's sad that Jenks schools has decided to promote cheating as a way to get what you want and they set such a fine example to their kids.

The coach is a loser and so is the school that hired him.
