Thats why you should never meet a man in a bar and go home with him, not on the first date, how sad and tragic so young to be gone so horribly!

There are more bad people in churches than there are in bars.

You've been going to the wrong churches, or haven't seen some of the characters that frequent the bars.

SHE WAS LEAVING THE BAR TO MEET A MAN IS WHAT THE ARTICLE SAID, SO MAYBE SHE MET HIM ON THE INTERNET? EVER THINK ABOUT THAT? MAYBE HER FACEBOOK PAGE WILL TELL THEM WHO IT IS OR WAS SHE WAS MEETING?

Amazing how hair color change can change appearance.
Most bars and internet can be a bad place to find a friend! Look at what has happened here, I hope they find her killer soon. Someone perhaps she talked to at the bar or via phone etc might give some clues.

I wonder if this was the same pond in Pocola where they found bar owner Joe Neff's body.

Prayers and sympathy to Brianna's family. HOWEVER, WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THESE YOUNG WOMEN....such a show of being naive' or just bad decisions.

Sad deal but as a side note to women don't post a picture of you on Facebook/Myspace with a toilet in the background, totally dis-tasteful.

God be with the family of the victim, may she rest in peace.

Ladies, gents, social networking can be dangerous. Don't assume because he looks like a nice guy on his 'fakebook' that he's a good guy.(or gal)

Prayers for the family.

Always be weary of meeting people on the internet. You never know what kind of people are out there. No matter what website you meet them from. ie Facebook, Myspace, Match.com , Christiansingles.com , etc. I hope many women learn from her mistake.

Maybe I'm mistaken but nothing in the article said the man was a stranger that she met at the bar or online - it could very well be someone she already knew. Lots of assumptions going on in the comments today.

From the story "Fort Smith Police say they are looking for the man Ault was to meet. His name was not released."

They know who they are looking for evidently, just haven't found him yet.

Although the internet is a treasure trove of information and exchange of ideas, it is also the biggest candy store on the planet for the dregs of society. EVERYONE should be careful to try and control their personal information especially on those damn social sites!
