He should be neutered before he goes to prison. He deserves it.

Way, way too easy of a sentence for him....especially considering he only decided to plead guilty AFTER he made the little girl testify.....hope there's no possibility of parole....ever.....

Praise the LORD!!! This man will never see the light of day! Tulsa World quotes Tim Harris as saying his goal was reached, Brixey will die in prison!!! High fives to the DA, Judge Kellough, and the TPD!!!!!!!!!!

This dude will get everything he deserves in prison. I predict frequent and violent violations of the lower GI tract.

This is a total miscarriage of justice as he should of received the needle. This is the end result of stacking the US Supreme Court and a political decision where by the death penalty is never used. These political clowns review all death sentences and of course they look for any thing that would be used to overturn a conviction. I salute the great state of Texas for there ability to serve justice.

Great, another worthless piece of crap the taxpayers get to house and feed for the rest of his life ...why not just do away with him and save us all some money?

You obviously know very little about the capital punishment institution. I suggest you educate yourself before you speak. Try googling DNA lab scandal Oklahoma, Virginia, Texas or Joyce Gilchrist or Cameron Todd Wilkerson. No worries I know you will continue allowing your desire to kill people overrule the reality the death penalty puts innocent men to death.

It sure would be alot quicker and cheaper to just have released this piece of worthless trash to the parents/family of the poor little girl he did this too. I know it wouldn't take me long to make sure justice is served and that he never hurts another human being again!

Way to light of a sentence. When you have robbed a child of their innocense (I apologize for the mispelling of the word)there is no place in society for you. When you have taken that from a child, all you deserve is death.

ScotttyB35,
Think you are on something there ( weed). This has absolutely nothing to do with this case so you should take your hippie rant to another forum. Spell check is a good thing.
I hope that this girl and her family are finally able to move forward. This low life deserves so much more and hopefully the prisons inmates will serve him well.

He should have received the death penalty except it takes at least 15 years for it to be carried out. I don't think prisoners are as tough against child molestors as they used to be, because most of them are in for drugs and have no respect for children. If any prisoners out there read this and disagree then prove me wrong

You need to understand that every one is not as dumb as you are. This man admitted in a court of law that he is guilty. He should receive the death penalty, even thou people like you take up for him.

I don't know about the death penalty in this case. From what I understand, they do really bad things to Chester the Molesters in prison. They say those guys in the clink have their own set of morals and justice, if you will, and deal with kiddy rapers in a very special way. Maybe a life term with lots of "Bubba Time" will be worse than death. I'd supply the guy in the next cell with a lifetime supply of cigarettes in order to make that happen.

Uh you obviously have no idea how they figure out how much time a prisoner serves. I don't think he will be seeing the light of day.
