I wish that they would hurry up with this process already. It will have been almost 10 months by the time she goes in front of a jury. While I understand there are avenues that have to be taken, I am ready for it to be over. As far as punishment, it is out of our hands now and what needs to be will be.

You should be greatful that she is going to trial so soon. Many cases take yesrs to get that far. I have no sympathy for her but she does appear to admit what she did and is not prolonging the process. You should be happy that you do not have to wait 2 or more years for this to get to trial.

Wonder if Chrissi Ann Iwaneko (the drama queen seeking her 15 minutes of fame, saying she was Casey Jone's fiance) who WAS ARRESTED FOR DUI in Broken Arrow just a few weeks back will get her hypocrytical judgemental a## back on the television tonite and say how "drinking and driving" is wrong! HAHA, Kharma's a biotch isn't it?

I hope she gets minimal punishment. Yes she made a mistake by drinking and driving which caused the mishap.

I want all of you with clear heads to remember this day so when you're out leaving a bar drunk you can say to yourself that you are so much better than this woman.

I feel sorry for her to honest with you.
She did wrong by not keeping control of her auto.

It cost lives, therefore punishment is on the horizon,-- I just hope she get a few years and can get out and be someone better.

Sorry hun, but manslaughter of 5 count them 1,2,3,4,5
FIVE people while drunk and driving is not a freakin
MISHAP! I do however agree that everyone who does go to the bar and have a couple during happy hour and then drive home, yet hear about this and say how she should be put away should think twice. She was had to be either really tore up, or just plain scared not to stop. But I do give her props for owning up and taking responsibility to turn herself in. Shame she didn't drink responsible, their would be 5 more people with their loved ones right now.
Pity for her though is not the emotion I feel, nor will it ever be.
How would you know

If you don't know her, how can you tell what her inside emotions are? Could it be possible that she is in shock realizing the fact that she just killed 5 people, thereby having NO emotion as anyone in shock would have? The emotion probably didn't hit her until she was setting in jail and found out she had just killed at least 3 of her own friends!
Mishap not quite

Don't quite think this is a "mishap", but it was an "accident", the 1st drunk driver (the motorcyclist) had an accident and dumped her bike, the 2nd drunk driver came thru not seeing the people in the road attending to the 1st drunk driver and "accidentally" ran them over.
NO Pity deserved

Ms Graham does not deserve pity. No, she doesn't. She will PAY DEARLY for what she has done, and has never once thought she shouldn't. If she did not feel guilt and anguish over this situation, it is a great possibility she would have never been caught. She voluntarily turned herself in to face the consequences of her actions. I do believe possibly the night it happend that she was too afraid to stop. Just as the woman in south Tulsa who ran over and killed the man just a week before this happened didn't stop. That woman went home, and then called the police to tell them what had happened, but she was never charged with anything. Ms Graham, as soon as she realized she had to face the consequences, turned herself in. I really think that to this day, had she NOT turned herself in, with this piss poor police department that Tulsa has, she would still be free today.

I agree Sara... everyone drinking that night played a part in the outcome of this event. Would the people who were drunk in the road had enuff sense to prevent this had they not been as reported "twice the legal limit"? Would the people in the road, have made better judgement calls and had blockades to prevent this? Or, even moved the motorcyclist out of the road? They moved thier precious motorcycles out of the road, but not this woman, what sense does that make?

I believe this woman will pay with several years of her life in prison, but, I honestly don't think she deserves LIFE in prison. There were too many mistakes made, too many things to consider before condemning this woman who turned herself in by her own free will.

If she had broken her neck they shouldn't have moved the woman until a cervical brace put on her to keep any possible paralysis from happening.

I wouldn't feel so harshly against her had she stopped which she did not. She chose to keep driving to get home and waited hour before turning herself in. Those drunks where at least being human and trying to help someone what would you have done drive by and laughed? I know I would have blocked off the road and tried to help if I was out driving and saw a similar accident.

She should spend her life in prison and remember daily how many lives she ruined. Not just those that died helping an injured woman but their family and friends. At least she has an understanding God that is all seeing and all forgiving if asked.

I dont go to bars and I have never drank and drove, she deserves the harshest punishment, no one forced those drinks down her throat and no one forced her to get behind the wheel of a car and run over and kill 5 people. Things would look very different if it had been your family that she took. She broke the rules, you do the time.

Keyki, wow, you're perfect aren't you?... the motorcyclist that wrecked her bike was the 1st drunk to initially cause this accident. Guess she paid the ultimate price for her drunken driving huh?

This lady is sick and when it came time to make a decision between right and wrong she chose wrong multiple times that night when it counted. She should go to jail for life but will probably get a minumal sentence because that is the way our system works today unfortunately.
