I get your meaning in your post. I do hope this man does get the justice from the law, no matter who he is, but you can not judge an entire town based on one man's choices.( But it was a funny posting, thanks for the smile!) Blessings!

Of course, it depends on who you are, your last name, and who you know. For some people this would have been minor and never been made public (swept under the carpet and forgotten to maintain their reputation), if you get my meaning.

Yes, I do. That is unfortunate. Speaking of swept under the carpet. Have you heard that Jim Glover's daughter (the dad will do it girl) was drinking and driving and killed someone, and it was swept under the carpet? Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

Why is a civil leader carrying a concealed weapon while out drinking? What would posess him to drive intoxicated in the first place?
He is (was) an elected civic leader, what does this say for our elected officials?
Owasso is over due for political renovation.

TULSA, OK -- Owasso Councilor D.J. Gall was charged Friday with six misdemeanors stemming from his DUI arrest earlier this week.

Gall was charged with driving under the influence; carrying a concealed weapon; failure to notify police of a concealed weapon; carrying a firearm while under the influence; transporting a loaded firearm and speeding, court documents show.

Gall, councilor for Ward 1 and Owasso's vice mayor, was arrested by Owasso Police about 3 a.m. Sunday after being pulled over for speeding and failing several sobriety tests.

Notice there is nothing in that US citizen’s Right that says it is a Privilege. Nothing in it about permits, notify the government while hold a beer or not holding a beer. This is an interesting lil case. Many know the alcohol limits were intentional set so low there is no way to comply with them so why do they even offer alcohol for sale in Oklahoma anyway if not to entrap people? Maybe this guy is a nice guy, maybe not, I don’t know, but I hope the court will follow the law of the US Constitution on this because Owasso seems a lil confused in that area. Now where this case could really get interesting is that if DOJ gets involved & it’s found out that some in city hall, along with someone in the OPD preplanned this lil event. That might just cause this lil accident about constitutional law to blow up into an obstruction of justice against some other parties. We’ll see what happens next….

I heard this in a forum on the story of this girl last summer, however I never saw any real facts to back it up, only the postings of some rude person who hated her just because she was on TV and they thought she was a fake. I never got the whole jsut seeing someone and not likeing them thing. Blessings!

because he has a license to own a gun, an the guy probably had a few drinks, but still bad choice, and is paying for it, his title of Vice-mayor is being stripped from him, an his term is about up,

Has anything been announced regarding his political position? I support our right to own & carry weapons. Drinking & guns are a dangerous mixture: agree - bad choice on his part.

yeah he is no longer the vice mayor, he is still a council member though, but not vice mayor, they put someone in that spot last night i believe. Cautedella's up for relection sometime soon also

There is no truth to that comment at all, Her fiance was driving and there was no drinking involved, if there had been drinking they would have been hauled off to jail to face charges just like anyone else

I actually saw Glover in person not too long ago at a gas station. I was filling up my gas tank and saw this girl with long blond hair professionally done stroking her hair and talking to this guy. Just the way she stood and stroking her hair, I thought to myself "doesn't she think she's really something." Then I heard a guy say "Hey Kristen" and she turned around and I saw her face and realized it was Glover. She kinda pranced her way over to him and started talking to him. She glanced over my way ( I guess to see if I recognized her) and I am sure glad it wasn't raining because she would have drowned her nose was so much into the air. I never had an opinion of her good or bad before, but kinda funny that I didn't think much of this girl before I realized it was Kristen Glover. First impressions do count and I wasn't really impressed with her.

I checked OCSN and she has had a speeding ticket. Otherwise there is nothing there on her and if she had been in such a serious incident it would be on this site.

Honey, OCSN does not tell you anything because there is NO such thing . NICS is the national database. However it will only tell you what has been ordered to be released. 100% agree with Denise. Reports say it was the deceased couple's fault for pulling in front of Kristen and her then fiance (now hubby Wesley Galyean.) Still, Jimbo ain't gonna take any chances of bad publicity for that. Relatives of the deceased couple were on that forum about the accident saying how much they appreciated everyone's love and support. While they did not confirm it was Kristen, they didn't say it wasn't. I have a strong hunch that family was very well compensated monetarily for their loss and I would bet that $$$ they received was tied to them saying nothing about Kristen and her guy. It seems that people either like Kristen (mostly guys, wonder why LOL!) or dislike her (mostly women, wonder why LOL!)Personally, she comes across to me in her ads at times obnoxious. Her voice is whiney and high pitched, although she has improved a bit from when she first started. Still, I don't believe they are the #1 car dealership. Back it up with concrete facts! An ex-coworker who used to sell cars for a short while told me don't believe all car dealer ads. 99.9% of it is all advertising BS.
