A 21-month investigation culminated Thursday in charges against a Tulsa attorney and a former attorney on allegations that they embezzled more than $1.1 million from clients.

Bill anton is a good man who gave everything to anyone. He made a few mistakes to help others. He never did anything to benefit himself. Everything was for family and friends. He made some mistakes but he really is a good man. Why don't you tell that side of the story.

Yeah, Anton didn't look like that back when we retained him to settle our injury claim. I read all the counts against him & we thought we got ripped off by him for a lot of money. Guess we were lucky he only got $18K from us. Sorry for you that your personal friend is a thief and liar. Maybe you got some of the 1.1 million?

Yeah, I knew Bill too, but a long time ago.... He was a really NICE guy, what he did in his own time was his business. But I can also feel for the clients. He must have had something going on in his life to have made these kinds of decisions. Hell, he's only human, and a pretty smart one, but I think he started liking the $, and got greedy, happens to the best of us right? Besides, how many insurance claims, and "personal injury" claims ARE 100% legit? I'm guessing just a percentage of what are actually filed...
