It seems we're not getting any more new stories. The posts are dwindling, and the times between posts are getting longer and longer. It won't be long before this forum goes stagnant.

So long, people. It's been nice getting to know some of you.

I reckon 6 couldnt stand all the hogwash and not being able to control it better, so they dumped Topix for their own message boards. Bet if anything negative is posted there, it gets immediately deleted. That "if you cant say something positive dont say anything at all" crap is totally boring.

What? Wait, don't leave!! It's not that bad is it?? I wish I could participate more here, but most of the time I am at work, so it's a bit difficult. I do enjoy "MOST" of the posters here, with the exception of a few trouble makers, and would hate to see it dissapear.

That is correct, News on 6 is wanting to let Topix fade away in favor of their Website and control but we the posters do not have to let Topix die just because News on 6 wants to try to control our comments about issue’s that affect all of us, not just the media moderators who think they control opinion of the entire community, they don’t.

We as posters who would rather comment here on Topix about events in our community can grab a Headline from any media and start the thread our selves and then it is here on Topix and out of reach of News on 6 and their sensors as well as link your thread back to stories from other media aside from News on 6.

News on 6 controls nothing but News on 6 and that is questionable now with their new format of forum. The number of poster per issue fell so fast it is worthy of note. We shall see if they notice it them selves. Even with the 8 posts they managed to get, most were negative against what they have done. Read comments for yourself.

I just started commenting regularly on Topix about 2 month ago. I don't like having to sign in all the time is why I don't use the other channels, now this one will close. I think some of the comments should not have posted (just ranting) but that is why the report abuse button is there. I won't go register so this will be my last post it has been real. Goodbye all.

Hi folks!

While has moved to another commenting platform, you are welcome to continue using Topix. Just head on over to our Tulsa forum!

We've currently got debates going on about the mid-term elections and would love to have you join us. See you there!

News on 6's new comments board sucks ass. Can't do it. I'll just have to stick to Topix. I'll miss alot of the "regulars". As the LawDog says: "peace out".
