I was in the ER when I heard the nurses talking about this, apparently the guy who is in jail she remembered from some either being in ER or the person he shot in the face was in the ER. My lil heart broke bc I was hoping these boys weren't murdered. They looked like nice boys and I am just sick of our black men taking each others lives.These lil teens r no joke! They kill first and then think about it later. Im just wondering what some of these parents are raising. My heart truly goes out these families ..they definately have my prayers.

Apparently these two boys witnessed the prior shooting, and the suspect killed them so they wouldn't turn him in. Sounds like the suspects indeed knew him, but he obviously thought they would tell on him and so he killed them.

These people on the board making all the judgemental statements of these boys need take a minute to get the full story instead of jumping to your own conclusions.

Lay off the race issue for a moment, if you can. Its been proven you have a hatred for black people, but have some LOVE for a human life/soul.

I agree. Unfortunately people like this have the wool over their eyes, and avoid reality when you put back in their faces. Don't expect an intelligent answer, as it would take a person to intelligent to answer wisely. And Molly and the rest have proven their lack of morals, and intelligence.

Thank you for taking the time to say what I wanted to. I am white as are my sons who both played basketball in school where they were the only white boys in the seven years they went to East Central that played ball and they had a blast and were accepted by all, two of my youngest sons freinds were raised by single moms and one is in his last year of college soon to graduate with a degree in criminal justice so it is not just a race thing. There is white trash and black as well as other nationalities.

I agree. I am black, and I get tired of hearing about black on black crime, as well as any crime. However its a different take when its your own color, because I know that we will either be classified or generalized as gang, dope dealer, because of being black....like we see constantly on this board. I have young children, and I fear some of the ugly racist ppl they may face.

I teach my children to love everyone, no matter what color. I also teach them to recognize the difference, nothing wrong w/ that. Blacks are different than whites, whites are diff than hispanics, asians are diff than natives, etc. But when a member of one of these races does something I don't think they are all like that. There is a very high crime rate in Blacks, and I have my opinions of why, but its irrelevent to say why, because crime is everywhere.

Just like the doctor who molested his stepchild. Fine doctor, living in nice neighborhood, prestigious job, however just as foul as a gang banger in my opinion. People need to not be so biased when it comes to crimes, as it could be right next door to them or even in their own house.

Its almost like the ones who come on here to bash other races, say its okay that a white person commits crime, at least he's not black. Why blame a race instead of blaming the PERSON who is responsible? Never will understand that.

This is why it is hard to accept people in our state that have been displaced in another state due to the fact that crimes like this happen.If they want to kill each other in New Orleans, then they all need to go back where they are from. Here in Oklahoma the majority of us have compassion for one another and especially kids. This is a good example of why neighborhoods don't like to open their doors to outsiders. I am a firm believer of an EYE FOR AN EYE. They should let the parents of these two boys do him the same way that he tortured their children.

I know several black single mothers in Chicago and a few other cities that she has helped with new homes, new cars, education for their kids, etc. If we as black americans would retrieve the unity we used to have and not use excuses like 'the white man is holding me down' then maybe people like oprah would invest more into her own, than to others (regardless of race/creed)! Your entitled to your opinion and i respect that, but in my opinion..if we dont start doing better together, no one will believe in us.

Very well stated. But in my opinion racist people will never see it the way you do. All they see is negativity and ignore the positive. Won't accept facts based on all statistics but rather based on their own cold-hearted presumptions.
