in need of filing jobs? but what about all the talk of possible lay offs, and how about all the lies, messy building, lack of equipment for the employees you already have and what about the fact that its all about sale sale sale and claiming you get great incentives and all most people get is a pen or mouse pad or some goofy dollor store toy, and on top that they will fire you in the blink of an eye with no explanation and then turn to the news begging for help to get employees. COMING FROM SOMEONE YOU KNOW....JUST STAY AT MCDONALDS!

Ha Ha that is to funny , I agree with Jane Doe and tdk,I work with a bunch of ex Alorica employees and they say that place is a mad house and half of them couldnt even take it so they left before they even got the 1st pay check, now they are begging for employees, they not only need money to pay these badly needed employees but they also need to invest on properly training new hires and making their call center a place where people are proud to work, like my job !!!!!!

They may all be the same but BY FAR Alorica is the worst...How can they afford to have a job fair when they are firing ppl left and right....i happen to be one of atleast 30 in the last month that has gotten let go, and they need more FOR WHAT REASON...to fire them too...WOW....WHAT A COMPANY...I MEAN seriously sprint barely wanted to resign the contract with alorica. Shouldnt that say something about them...and not something good.

Do not ever work for Alorica. I have been here years and I still haven't gotten a raise. I think the last raise they gave to anyone back when it was DecisionOne was in 2001.

They are hiring in at $7 / hr for work that other compainies pay $14 / hr for.

Benefits suck, managers suck. How would you like having a boss that knows less than you do, some of who don't even know how to be a boss.

I don’t live in Tulsa any longer, but if I decided to come back to Tulsa, Alorica would be the first place I’d go to seek work.

I worked for Alorica for three years, in which some of this work-time was under a different company name.

Alorica is a great place to work and I would encourage everyone to check them out for employment. If you have basic computer skills, and you meet Alorica’s entry level educational requirements,.. then why not give Alorica a try. The managers are super nice and they will do all they can to help you.

I’d like to say in closing that I really enjoyed going to work each day at Alorica.

Working for Alorica is like working at the nightmare job of a lifetime. Raises NONE. Respect NONE. They will offer overtime, force overtime then no overtime. Run over on thier dime and you are fired. Managers know nothing about their jobs, they are bean counters. Their site here has not been cleaned in two years!
Yea and for this they want a diploma!

You all are so right. I was on the elevator in the 20 floor tower and a girl commented that if the trainer screamed at the class one more time she was going to walk. Everyone on the elevator started to laugh. The entire building is in disrepair. Dirty carpet, soiled chairs, nasty restrooms. Not to mention how scary the parking lot is. There was a robbery/stabbing there. No security anywhere. Its a scary place to be. Not to mention the clutter in the offices is a fire hazard. The pay is lousy. But they have a fantastic work-out area on the 4th floor where ORU donated all of the exercise equipment!! Woo Hoo!!

Yea, it was a sad, sad day when CFS & Bill Bartman was brought down. My husband worked for them and at the time (like 10 years ago) their starting pay was about $10,000 more than you would make somehwere else. It was a grueling process to get hired but boy once you did the perks were wonderful. Free trips to Las Vegas & Disneyworld with $500.00 spending money. Raises every 6 months, the BEST insurance we have ever had. Your worked hard, but you were rewarded greatly...I think Tulsa is still reeling from that loss. Over 3000 jobs lost in a matter of 6 months. Still makes me sad to think about it to this day. Anyone else out there that worked for CFS???

I work at a call center...my first time at a call center...after one training class is completed, they start another one. They too fire at the drop of a hat. I always ask why are these people being fired all the time. Really did not get a clear answer. I felt like I didn't have job security because I might be next. I was afraid to purchase anything big like a car. To me, it is really stressful not knowing if you will still be employed the next day. I am one that does not job hop so it is really strange to see people come and go like that. The supervisors have plenty of knowledge about the job but they lack personal skills in working with employees.

AT my company and my husband's company we have been trying to hire for 1 job at mine 3 at his. You would not believe the folks that show up- ages from 20 up, so much cologne/perfume on you can't breathe-(some covering up not bathing), chewing gum and popping and snapping it in your face, some dressed to work in the yard, dirty hair-and they bring a friend to hang out with. Some even smell of alcohol and or weed. Then as we have looked over their applications- some can't even spell the names of the schools they attended. They scribble stuff out all over the app. And what you reallize about 70% of the time is, they REALLY DON'T want the job. They just need to say they looked for a job. When you finally find someone who might work out and hire them, they may or may not show up, or you spend several weeks training and they just don't show up, or some tell us after one day they just don't think they can do it-which is way better then wasting time on training. My husband ends up having to hire people from out of state- and quite a few who are here LEGALLY from other countries. His needs are very technically specific. My company is technical also, but we prefer to train- but it is a skill you can take with you, but we hope you stay for they long run! I am talking full benefits and 40 to 60 thousand a year jobs....
It screams loudly about how pathetic our schools are- so if you are a parent, please teach your children how to apply for a job.

The thing that it is...Hee Hee...is that in the company I worked for [outsourced our jobs :(]..we would have training classes. We would start out with 28-30 good candidates and then we would lose about 20% because they would feel it wasn't a good job fit. Most of the rest would make it through training and then on to the production floor and last maybe 1-2 weeks and then quit. But then in a few months you would see them back again. We finally figured out that they were making the "training class rounds". That means that they would go for 8 weeks of training ,tell the temp agency they wanted something else and then go to another company for 8 more weeks of training. College students were the worst. If you just go from training class to training class then you never have to do any real work and you can still get a paycheck. Smart huh?
